Located in jordan, few meters from mtr station, in the heart of Hong Kong, this hotel provides a great service, clean rooms, good Wi-Fi for a very reasonable price. Strongly recommended especially if you are on business trips!

A good hotel with rooftop pool. ideal for the hot weather then! Pool is decent-length for a proper swim Located along Nathan Road means that access to food and shopping is fabulous! Rooms are clean and great! Will stay again!

Located on top of Jordan MTR. Near convenience stores and Mc Donalds restaurants, and money changers. The price is not too expensive by Hong Kong's standard. The single bed is indeed for single person only, but it was so soft, I had a good night sleep. Though the hotel is located in the busy Nathan Road, the room we had... More

I think the owners/management of this hotel are more focussed on their own internal processes than focussed on their customers. We had a great room on 16th 1639 floor and because of the lift noise during the night we asked to be moved. they moved us to room 1228 which they said was a downgrade. Room 1228 was better than... The Prudential Hotel is nicely tucked in the ever busy Nathan Road. The hotel lobby is small but modernly done. However, one must wonder why their escalators are so small? Knowing Hong Kong's service isn't what we are usually accustomed to, we were expecting to be roughly treated. But it we weren't. From the back-door & technical staff we met... More

On arrival was attended by a girl at reception who was severely lacking customer service, we were given twin bed instead of queen. We demanded a big bed but she did not bother to check stating hotel is full house. Then, I asked if possible to extend check out at 2pm but she only can do 1pm. She could've easily... More

- Convenient location, near the metro (MTR) and airport bus and in the midst of Jordan - Rather pricey for this accommodation considering the quality of the room and this hotel - Staf was very helpfull and friendly - Hygiene could be better and the mattress was a little too hard

A large hotel, fourteen floors, very clean comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast at a reasonable extra cost. Wifi is extra and overpriced. Very close to every shop you would want and almost on top of Jordan subway station. On a Main Street with plenty of buses going passed. A bit of traffic noise but not too bad

Convenient location with train right below station. recently renovated and very comfortable. Awesome bathroom amenities from L'Occitane, which was a surprise. Would be good to have free wifi in the room instead of having to go to lobby each time Internet access is required.

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
