The offer of Hotels in Hong Kong is almost endless, you will find something everywhere in the city for all budgets and requirements. But the Prudential Hotel on the Kowloon side of the harbor stands out of the crowd for two reasons. First it is so easy to reach from the Airport. You can leave the Airport by Airport Link... More

The front desk was extremely unhelpful when I arrived after an overnight flight with an obvious cold and requested an early check-in at 12pm. Moreover the staff at the nearby bar area which was empty at the time were also anxious to make sure that no recovery from travelling occurred there either! Small room, free WiFi is only available in... More

+ point of this hotel is it's location. Right on top of Jordan station, you can get around the city easily. There is also a shopping mall and a food court below. You can access them from the hotel concierge or 1 st floor just before hotel lobby. There are plenty of places around where you can eat. Night market is... More

Although the lobby may make you think it's a great hotel, the interior of a standard room is much older than it seems. The walls are old and dirty with lots of marks and stain. The hotel doesn't even offer free water or free wifi. They literally charge for everything they can. It's pretty crappy deal and some of the... More

There is no disabled access, despite its claims. You cannot get a wheelchair in (they dragged me up on a trolley that appeared designed for getting a fridge up stairs) and no wheelchair accessible bathroom. We were refunded and the manager found us another hotel. It may be OK for able bodied but is no good for anyone in a... More

I stayed for 6 nights with my husband and kids. Being right on the Jordan station, you can get around the city by subway so easily. You can also walk around that area and eat around. You can go up to the top floor and enjoy the view. I wish I could have stayed during summer so that I could... More

Stayed for three days for a business/recreation trip. The location of the motel is perfect. Just above the underground station of Jordan. Makes it very easy to get around. The hotel itself is about three stars. It was ok and nothing major to complain about. The toilet ran constantly, the rooms were a little tired and a little small, but... More

I stayed in this hotel when I first visited Hongkong in year 2000. This time is my second stay in the refurnished hotel. Good Service. Convenient to all the nearby tourist place. Also travelling by mtr is super convenient because is right on top Jordan Station. Even the hotel staff helped me to carry my near 30kg to the hotel... More

Stayed here for 3 nights.. Location is superb, in the middle of city standing in famous Nathan Road and right next to A21 bus stop (No.11) with MTR Jordan Exit E below, very convenience everywhere you wanna go.. Check in was smooth, just prepare HKD 500 for deposit.. Room well equiped with mini bar, coffe and tea maker, newspaper in... More

My wife and I stayed at the Prudential Hotel 22 - 28 Nov 2014. It was our 8th trip to Hong Kong over a number of years. We wanted a central location in Tsim Sha Tsui/Kowloon, with decent size rooms. With some trepidation after reading other reviews about the Prudential, we took a gamble and we are very pleased to... More
