This hotel was surprisingly quite a value for money bargain, if you book online. It is clean, quiet and very centrally located. Their staff are helpful and friendly. As for food and dining within the hotel, it is quite limited but there is a lot for offer around the hotel and it is only a step away.

We normally stay in the Eaton and just fancied a change. The entrance and reception and welcome was not as good as the Eaton the room ( delux) was also not as good. After the first night with drilling at 10:30 am waking two jet lagged customers we were about to check out ! They however kept our business by... More

We got upgraded to a mini suite from a basic room as there were renovations on our floor, which was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was great, Jordan station was right on the doorstep. The pillows were the comfiest EVER! We didn't eat in the restaurant as the prices were extortionate. Only minor gripe was... More

Years ago it used to be our regular HK hotel. It was reasonably priced comfortable and the location was superb (you can get to the MTR just by going down internal escalators.) But then the prices went up ridiculously and we gave it up for many years. Apparently they were relying on Chinese mainlanders for whom money has no value.... More

When frequently traveling on business from China to HK, I always used to stay in Prudential. Since my first visit until now, I just can say it is a great business hotel. Staff is a little bit straight, but OK, i just need a good room. Location is perfect for my business, rooms have always being clean and well kept.... More

My Family and I arrived in Hong Kong in June 2014, on a vacation. This is the first time for us to come to Hong Kong, so that we chose Hotel with strategic location according to Tripadvisor review. From Airport Express Kowloon Station we took a taxi costs around HK$60 (10 minutes drive). The hotel located on the Famous Nathan... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the end of May 2014. The first impression wasn't wonderful as we arrived by transfer bus from the airport and encountered a small flight of stairs which had to be navigated to reach the lower level. However, as soon as we were spotted, help arrived in the form of luggage handlers... More

I've read a lot of reviews and chose this hotel as it was satisfying all my demands. It's close to train staition (metro), they serve up rich buffet, it's not far from the main places of interests. We've got nice room, clean, not too small. It provides two bottles of water (wich always useful) every day. The bathroom has avarage... More

Booked a superior room with a added bed. With the additional bed, room is pretty small. Aircon is extremely cold. No complimentary water provided. Located above jordan station and eateries around. Upon check out at lobby, no one offer to help with the luggage to ground floor til we request for help. No lift from lobby to ground floor.

Stayed in prudential a couple of times before. Convenient as it just above the train station. Concierge staff not so friendly. Drinking water is not provided at all. Umbrella is restricted to 1 per room. Aircon is cold in the room. Lobby is renovated but room is still the same.
