Located in Causeway Bay this hotel is quite central for most things. Everything works fine and the rooms with view of Victoria Park and the bay are very nice. Having said that it is not really the high end hotel it seems to rate itself at. Breakfast is basic (at best) and served in a very uninteresting place. The evening... More

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in March '14 on a brief work/holiday trip. We booked the room via internet, had not stayed there before. We booked a double room and on arrival were told that the hotel only had a twin single bed room for us, despite our booking asking for a double. Not a happy... More

Great hotel, great service and great view from a really wonderful room. The only surprising thing was that the swimming pool on the roof wasn't heated but we still enjoyed our swim at 17 degrees. Breakfast was fine, we only had it once.

I thought this hotel was ok. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and catered sufficiently. The gym was ok and the pool area looked nice but I don't think it is heated. If you are looking for a decent coffee, there is a coffee shop right next door but be prepared to... More

We stayed here for 12 nights in March 2014 whilst visiting my daughter in Hong Kong. We booked a harbour view room which was well worth the extra. The room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels daily and sheets changed every couple of days. All the bathroom goodies were topped up daily and the complimentary bottle of water renewed. The... More

Managed to book the harbour view which was a steal. Although located slightly further from the hustle and bustle, the hotel offered something different; a bigger room. It's quite rare for HK hotel to be very big and accommodating 5 family members in a room showed how big the room is. Even the toilet was extra large and the bath... More

Stayed here for 10 days recently, and was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was pretty decent. i thought the rooms were a tad small, and didnt have enough storage for my trip. I did use the hotel laundry service and that helped alot. I ate mostly away from the hotel to enjoy the city atmosphere and all it has to offer.... More

Friendly and helpful staff, nearby MTR and Starbucks... I loved staying in the island side rather in Kowloon. Perfect vacation! ..............................................................................................

We have just returned from a very comfortable 5 night stay at the Metropark. We researched for quite a while to find somewhere that could offer the Harbour views without the extortionate price. On arrival we were upgraded from an executive parlour room to a deluxe suite. This gave us a sitting room area with a computer with free internet... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February on the way to New Zealand. Our first impressions were very good. We were given excellent service by Chloe, she showed interest in us, and the reason for our visit to Hong Kong. Chloe also assisted us with information for dining out at a traditional restaurant. We reserved a harbour... More
