I went to hongkong for a holiday with friends...and we were on a value for money package...so this hotel was a 4 star decent stay hotel but rooms were extremely small with no extra space to move other than just bed to be fitted in room... although the buffet was lavish...ok for singles but not family( standard room) more

Quite a distance from the shopping spots in HK but taxis and metro cheap once worked out. Shuttle bus will take you to sister hotel behind the Peninsula Hotel & that makes the difference. Get the club rooms as the cost of breakfast and drinks well make up for it. Club staff very attentive. Room service meals pricey but great, with very prompt service. All round great experience. more

Stayed for 3 nights, club level- still small bedroom but adequate . Rooms geneally not made up until afternoon1-2pm. Some attention to housekeeping needed around ceiling - cobwebs and mould.
