This hotel is lovely and luxurious. Rooms are furnished with everything you could need - comfortable beds, tea/coffee facilities, mini bar (which wasn't restocked every day unfortunately), and a full bath and excellent, powerful shower in the bathroom, along with just about every toiletry and grooming item you could need. The restaurant food and breakfast were fabulous - a great... More

I stayed with my husband my mom and daughter (14) for 3 nights at this hotel. Our luggage did not arrive in Hk when we did. We went to the hotel but by that time most of the shops where closed. We asked if the hotel had some sanitary goods they could supply us with as we would receive our... More

Staying at a Langham is never going to be cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Their standard rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. We chase to stay here as a luxury end for our asian tour and were very happy. The hotel has a large shopping centre attached giving many dining options.

We paid for the upgrade to Club pricing. Since there were two of us this worked out very well. The extra amenities just in being able to eating Breakfast at the hotel every morning paid for itself. Since we are from out of country one of our challenges was cell phone connectivity. The Hotel furnished us with a portable WIFI.... More

A favourite for holidays or work trips, it ticks off all the right checkboxes. Great location, with lots of food and shopping options and situated just above the Mongkok subway. Good sized room (that does not often come by in HK), with beds that give great sleep quality, and rooms typically come with floor-to-ceiling windows that give great view of... More

This hotel may not have the views of some of the other top end properties, but it sure makes up for it in so many other ways. Excellent service, great rooms and nothing to complain about at all. We enjoyed the club service which really enhanced our experience. The staff were, without exception, all great with an service culture expected... More

A great hotel near to the city hub ,proximity to the shopping area and eateries. The chinese restaurant at the Langham is superb and must not missed. Shopping mall is just down below the hotel which is convenient to those who wants to shop till you drop.

The Langham Place is my go to Hotel in Hong Kong - the location, the accommodation and the staff are all worth returning for. On my last visit in April, 2014, I commented that some of the rooms were looking tired. I am happy to announce that Langham Place is undergoing renovations and upgrading. The Club Lounge (a MUST) is... More

Staying in Mong Kok

Neighborhood Profile
Mong Kok
It’s one of the highest density districts in the world, so come to Mong Kok prepared for action. Home to every market, restaurant and shopping arcade imaginable, Mong Kok is the one-stop shop to satisfy all your shopping needs. Dust off your finest negotiation skills and dive into the bartering frenzy. Similar retailers will conveniently congregate in the same area forming easy to remember references such as “flower street” and “sneakers street.” Here you will also find various local delicacies being served at street snack shops or hole-in-the-wall restaurants. One reliable rule of thumb: the smaller the place, the better the food.
