Just spent 4 nights at Langham Place and it was a top experience in every way. I had notified the hotel we would arrive early in the day because of the flight time from Australia. Communication with them was great, always replying quickly to any of my questions or requests. Our room was ready at 10.30am...much earlier than normal check-in.... more
