The hotel is located in the fabulous location very near to MTR and Airport Express Shuttle Bus Stop. It is easy to access from the public transportation. The hotel room is as small as expected. Only 2 service elevators may take some time to travel from 17th floor to ground floor. To deposit luggage, they will charge you 5HKD per... More

Imperial is everything you need bed, shower, toilet, and fridge without any of the frills. Close to shops, food and an Irish bar. Good for a one night stop, bit small and basic for a long stop. Recommended if you are travelling on a budget or not looking for fancy.

The location of the hotel is great, 2 MTR exits within 2mins walking distance. Room's air was somewhat stale though (1st day); it was fine for the rest of the stay. Contrary to what was mentioned during booking...wi-fi isn't free. You could hear people chatting in the corridors. House-keeping was prompt Overall not bad...other than sometimes you will encounter middle-eastern... More

The staff was totally disgusting and in-generous, they lack the basic etiquettes of hospitality. The bell boys will see you dwindling with bags but will not dare to offer support. At Checkout, I kept waiting for the bell boy for 15 minutes and upon asking 2 times, he yelled at me “hey, wait here ok! I will come”. Is this... More
