The location was really ideal and very accessible since it is located within the busy area of the city. the room was ideal for couples but when i opened the window curtains, my view was a wall next building, the room was not sound proof because we can hear the other guest talking next room. We had Japanese breakfast too... More

The location is very accessible to all places that a tourist might visit. I emailed the hotel days before may arrival about wifi connection and they offered me an upgrade to Deluxe which has a wifi connection. Thank you to the Director of Sales who sent me a personal note about this. The only negative thing was the frontdesk staff... More

The bell boy/doorman was nice and polite. The reception staffs were average though. They barely smile at us but they speak clearly and understand our request. On the 2nd day we had some trouble with the pipe in the toilet - the house keeper lady kindly showed up and assist us with her limited English. The room is pretty spacious... More

We spent 4 nights in a top floor room with a small view of the Harbor, free wifi for 1 device, a small refrigerator, and air-conditioning that worked well. The hotel is old, but a clean, quiet, no frills place to sleep, more comparable to what you would pay about $50/night for in a medium-sized American city. It is 1/2... More

This hotel is not what you would call luxurious but it has comfortable rooms which a big enough to feel relaxed in and is quiet even though it is on Nathan Road. There is no restaurant so it is necessary to buy food to take into the hotel and/or eat at nearby cafes and restaurants of which there are many.... More

Dear Dhezzy Q Greetings from The Imperial Hotel Hong Kong! Thanks for your feedback about our hotel. I think it maybe a misunderstanding between us as hotel has been running free Wifi service for quite a long time ago. Just one step out of the hotel, it is very convenience to find a restaurant for breakfast (i.e. local Style, Chinese... More

Located in main area close to MTR Station at reasonable price. But area around is unsafe for woman travelling alone late night. Staff is rude in a way not helpful. Indian food is available near by. But suggested to order in hotel rather then gong out and eat. For Family and Solo Woman Travelers not suggested.

Hongkong is full of lovely hotels, unfortunately imperial is located in heart of city but its really unsafe at night for family. Thats my personal view. Rooms are really really tiny for price they charge. Wifi free only for one fone which is funny. There are plenty of hotels around, book somewhere else :)
