this is a great hotel at a great location for everything. subway, bus to the airport, shopping mecca central, food etc....it's not a five star hotel. we just needed a place to crash so that we could get to the airport early next morning. you are a walking distance from some amazing shopping. the subway is not too far away... Located in main area close to MTR Station at reasonable price. But area around is unsafe for woman travelling alone late night. Staff is rude in a way not helpful. Indian food is available near by. But suggested to order in hotel rather then gong out and eat. For Family and Solo Woman Travelers not suggested.

Hongkong is full of lovely hotels, unfortunately imperial is located in heart of city but its really unsafe at night for family. Thats my personal view. Rooms are really really tiny for price they charge. Wifi free only for one fone which is funny. There are plenty of hotels around, book somewhere else :)

The location of the hotel is great because it is near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, Star Ferry terminal is just walking distance as well as China Ferry Terminal. The bus stop of A21 is just in front of the hotel which I find very convenient. The ambiance of the lobby was nice and I really liked the smell... More

3rd time staying and on my 4th visit I will still stay on this Hotel. Travelling from and to the airport is so easy like the A21 CityFlyer bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Less than 7 minutes walk to the Avenue of Stars, Ocean Terminal, and Star Ferry Terminal. Shopping is at every corner. MTR station... More

3 star hotel, nothing luxurious, very clean and hygienic. Excellent wifi connection. Staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Great location, just 2 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR which is the heart of the MTR network.

Don't let the modern, though somewhat cramped, lobby fool you. The rooms themselves are seriously dated like a motel from the 60s. But the bed was OK. The old plumbing in the compact bathroom worked. It was clean. There was a kettle with packages of good instant coffee. No wifi without paying so the lobby is often jammed with smart... More

We have stayed - luckily - only one night. The bathroom was filthy. Algae on the shower head and behind the shampoo dispenser. Room EXTREMELY small. We stayed in another hotel for the first 3 nights of our stay, and moved to Nathan Road for our last day. The pictures in Agoda make you expect better, bigger rooms. Very friendly... More
