There is no restaurant for breakfast of coffee. There is no internet (you have to buy vouchers daily). The ceiling is slightly over 2m, and some of the rooms are just reminding on a prison cell. I was given a room of maybe 6m2, to literally jump into the bed from the room, and was able to change it (thank... More

I love the location of the hotel with it being just over the road to the nearest MRT station and also just a quick walk to the Star Ferry and Kowloon park just a few minutes up the road. I arrived into HK at 05.30am as I needed to attend a meeting at 9am and requested an early check in... More

This hotel was okay. Great price for a prime location. Close to the stations and shops. The only downsides are the beds and the poor customer service from two female staffs we came across. The bed was hard to sleep on, but believe it for not, I eventually got used to it. The only unforgivable thing was the poor quality... More

Hotel is located in the heart of the city near jewelry sties, grocery, and shopping centers. Friendly staff but rooms and tidying up should be improved. It disappointed us.. Got taxi easily. Drivers didn't understand and speak english good thing. So before we went out, we got the hotel's calling card. It was very helpful.

We stayed here last feb 5-10. The front office staff were snobbish. I wish they had were more fluent in English. The rooms were old and smelled Old too. The hallway looked old. They had less than 20 cable channels and only 30percent in english, the rest chinese. The beds were too firm. The carpet looks dirty, no wifi in... More

I stayed at the Imperial hotel for 5 nights. Location was great for my business meetings, as it is in the middle of Kowloon. Very close to the MTR station and a 5 minutes walk to the ferry. Restaurant options at night were great. The room was quite tight, but clean and for an excellent rate. The bathroom was brand... More
