The room size was spacious enough. The bed is soft and the blanket too. The place is very clean and is very cold. It is very quite, enough for peaceful thinking. The receptionist were accomodating and were very kind :) The wifi may not be that strong. The rooms are cleaned every morning. And the hotel is a very good... More

The receptionist, Louise was very rude. I was checking in and because my name that was used to book the hotel in Agoda was not in the same order as my passport becos my surname came first, he ask me to call Agoda just to change my name. Knowing that I'm a tourist I have to make an international call... More

This Hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed at in over 40 years of international travel !! It's close vicinity to Nathan Road is its only positive but there are many other Hotels of better quality and same price range in the same area. The Hotel entry, being a single door which simply gives access to the... More

Great location - easy access to bus, train, shopping, restaurants etc. Rooms are terrible - TINY - not even space to put our luggage. Rooms definitely need a makeover - and cleaning. Our rooms was dirty and didn't smell very nice. Heater was out of service so the rooms were freezing! We were given a portable heater which looked terribly... More

I understand that the hotels in HK are small, but this hotel is small and very run down. The toilet is so puny that even a petite person like me feels that it is a tad too squeezy. There are better hotels in HK. The only good thing is the location.

Great location! though hotel needs a makeover, the age just makes it feel dirty - bed short ( so our legs hanged over the end) pillows very thin, sheets stained from old age, carpet aged and worn, shower trickles, room very small! No Safe in room and no hair dryer..... Though besides that all staff were always lovely and house... More

Good location. Train station is located 3mins away from the hotel. Near Nathan road and all the shops and tea houses (cha chan ting) in Tsim Sha Tsui. We booked two rooms type so have a good idea of the rooms. The room was very very small for two adults. There was hardly any space luggage to place the luggage.... More

Stayed at Largos Hotel for 3 days 2 nights. Location wise, it was very accessible. The train station and main street was just a few minutes walk away. However, what was terrible was the condition of the room and the service provided. The room was dirty, with yellow walls and stains in the bathroom. It was also definitely not children-friendly... I stayed here for one night for a purpose visit in Hong Kong, room only no breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location, mins walk to Jordan MTR station and mins to Tsim Sha Tsui museums and shopping area. You could actually just stay in the area. The room was small, and the carpet looked a bit stained.... More

Not a great hotel but the bed & shower were clean & the price was reasonably good, for Hong Kong. Wifi was patchy but free. Carpet & curtains were nasty. Location worked well - very close to the MTR. I spent 2 nights here & was barely in the room, so it was okay. Staff were friendly & there's an... More

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
