HK is a very expensive place so comparing the price of accommodation there to anywhere else in East, much less, Southeast Asia is a fool's game. Bishop Lei is well-priced for HK and if you spring for one of the double rooms overlooking the city, you will get one of the most spectacular urban views of your life. The zoo... More

Rooms are very small, barely any excess space to move around especially with suitcases larger than 24". However, rooms appear to have been refurnished in recent couple of years, and cleaning standards are meticulous. I have to add that room size is pretty standard in Hong Kong. Front desk staff is efficient but appears somewhat cold at first contact. Volume... More

Have been travelling S.E Asia for nearly 3 months now, this is the most expensive we have paid for a hotel at 550HK dollars & it is without a shadow of a doubt top of the list of the worst hotel for its service. Stayed in 4US dollar a room nights that have been better. The staff at the desk... More

Stayed in Hong Kong visiting family and found this place to be excellent, and very good value! It is not too far from the escalators that allow one pedestrian access to the CBD from the Mid Levels. Rooms are smallish, but well-equipped and of good quality. Some rooms have great views over Hong Kong. There is a small but pleasant... More

The views from this hotel are mind blowing- that alone is worth coming for an evening. I recommend the suites with an extra room for watching TV or relaxing- though it is a bit cramped. Also the higher you go, the more striking the view. Service is efficient but not overly warm- which is fine. Love to stay here and... More

I was initially very pleased with this hotel. It was cheap, clean and in a useful location. The room was tiny but I really did only want to sleep there. The staff were surprisingly indifferent but as a solo traveller I didn't need them otherwise. I was also pleased with the free Internet. However the next morning the breakfast was... More

We stayed in this hotel for a few days over New Year's Eve. It was very affordable compared to a lot of the other hotels in the area, and it's only a 200m walk to the escalators. It's a great location for someone looking for a central base in Hong Kong Island who wants to be close (but not too... More
