My repeated visit from two years ago saw the hotel room deteriorated a little (17th floor), the two lifts were going through face-lifting so a little untidy and messy. But in my assessment, if one does not mind small room, small bed, this hotel remains a good choice and value for money (HK$750 per night) for Mid-Level area. Furthermore, it... More

This moderately priced hotel has everything I wanted..very comfortable and a great location. It has a lovely pool but like most hotels in my experience inHongKong it is often closed when you want it- admittedly I was there when it rained all week long. Notwithstanding that, I unreservedly recommend this hotel for qulaity of accomodation, service and even the restauarnt... More

nice to know that you are just a few meters from the escalator, which makes access to good restaurants and first-class public transit so easy. Unfortunately, the internet connexion was a disaster most of the time and extremely unreliable, the food unimpressive, and the room size very minimal

It is very clean and small room with afforable price, they have free shuttle bus to Hongkong Central. Free in-room wifi. The sandwichs (over-night snack menu) taste good :D. But the reception's service is not really nice.

Bishop Lei offers tiny but clean rooms with all mod cons. Service is first rate; they came running with toothbrush and plug adapter when I arrived sans luggage. Located in a residential neighborhood near the escalators, so easy to Lan Kwai Fong bars and restaurants, and to Central. Hotel bus to Admiralty and airport train station; small swimming pool whose... More

The location of the hotel is excellent because it’s at the end of the escalator plus they run a free shuttle service to the centre and ferry terminal. We found the rooms to be very small and dated but the beds were clean and comfortable.

Three friends visiting family in Hong Kong we wanted convenience, a pool and good price. Bishop Lei was perfect! Really easy access to the mid level escalator which allows you to get on and off wherever you like. Mosque St has great restaurants, access to supermarket, coffee shop and within a short time you can be in Central, PMQ, Botanical... More

The hotel is located around the top part of the stairway so it is easy to go out at night on foot rambling down all the bars and restaurants in the area. I particulary like the view from the rooms (some have windows bottom to floor) in the direction of Kowloon. Also it is great they have a pool that... More

Book it if you expect to use the pool, or enjoy the views. Consider it, if you prefer a quiet location. The hotel is in the mid-levels conveniently close to the escalator and the zoo. Consider upgrading you room, the standard is not small by HK-standards, but the layout was very impractical.

The hotel is not bad, personnel is friendly and always smiling, rooms are clean. But at the same time, rooms are not protected from external and internal noise. From doors and windows it's possible to hear everything. Single rooms are "too" much single, no way to open the luggage somewhere. Breakfast is expensive. Good location, but taxi is needed almost...
