Arrived very late from airport, Stayed 1 night before taking my next day flight to SCL!, they took very long to do the check inn. The lobby etc seems nice, but the ROOMS, for the super price they charge isnt worth it at all, extremley poor decorated, very old furniture, many appliances not working, really need updates in this hotel rooms... We had a room on the 23rd floor and were very happy with it. All rooms are small in Hong Kong but its was still very useable and we had room for our bags etc. Our room faced out to Kowloon Park which was considered an ocean view but we could only get glimpses through other buildings. The park is... More

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. This is the first time I stayed here and it was a total disappointment. Rooms are small and not cleaned properly. Website says free wifi but it's chargeable. This is the first and last time staying here and I would not recommend it to anyone!

I have visited this hotel several times over the past few years, and my previous comments still stand. The best thing going for it is it's location. Close to Nathan Road and Jordan MTR. The rooms are relatively small but clean. I have yet to get a double room, despite requesting one when booking. It is an expensive hotel compared... More

The Best part about this hotel is its Location. very close to Tsim Tsha sui and jordan area. The hotel rooms are very very small. hospitality was a little cold. but value for money if you are staying for a short duration.

The hotel is on Austin Road, a little away from the busyness of Nathan area. Kowloon Park - lake, aviary, garden of life - is just beside the hotel. Eateries abound. Coral Cafe just across the hotel serves food, particularly breakfast, at very reasonable prices. Easy to get to many places from here. Clean room. High floor (21st) - could... More

Room very small but ok but had wonderful views. Service was decidely lacklustre at reception and in the restaurant; a shock copntrast to Vietnam where we had universally friendly staff everywhere we went. Still the best thing about this is the location for tourists. You are far enough away from the worst crowds and noise but still only a 5-10... More

Having read reviews that beds were rock hard and rooms small, I was very hesitant to stay here, but the price was too good to pass up and my partner had stayed here before and was happy with it. The beds were hard, but as they only had twin rooms left, they put the two singles together and covered them... More

I had a 2 night stopover in Hong Kong at the end of a cruise and wished I had went straight to the airport. The only good point I could find was that I had been given a room with a good view of the harbour. The bed was rock hard as were the pillows and I spent the most... More

I agree with most reviewers that BPI is well located for HK tourist explorations: one block to the Austin subway station, 20 minutes' walk to Star Ferry landing, and five minutes to a wealth of authentic Chinese dining, indoors and out, north of Jordan Rd via either Temple or Woosung Streets from the hotel. The guest rooms are not large,... More
