What a terrific hotel! Perfect location: lots of attractions within walking distance, subway station in front of hotel, with the absolute best views of central. The service was superb: Club Intercontinental is delightful- excellent food and very comfortable. They picked us up at the airport in a mercedes sedan- very prompt, courteous, and smooth, which was nice after a long... More

Despite its age, this hotel never fails to deliver excellent service and rooms. The location on the harbor is great for access to all parts of HK, and, if in a harborside room, the views are unbeatable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. the restaurants are varied and all terrific. Paying extra for Club access is well worth it... More

We were 8 people who stayed here for 3 days. The hotel is wonderfully located, right on the harbour front & walking distance from main shopping areas . We took the harbour view room so the view was truly amazing. The room was large n comfortable and they provide a mobile phone with internet for free with the room, so... More

All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel facilities and restaurants (particularly Nobu) are excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the location is very good. We visit Hong Kong every year and, having stayed at many of the top hotels, this is now our first choice.

For those who are not familiar with Hong Kong, this bustling and dynamic city is made up of Hong Kong island, and Tsim Sha Tsui, separated by Victoria Harbour (which, due to extensive land reclamation, shrinks each month). Though I prefer Hong Kong island as I prefer the vibe (nicer shops & restaurants, feels more civilized), I decided to try... More

This is most certainly one of the finest hotels and you certainly pay for it. We had been upgraded from a Junior Suite with Harbour View to a Superior Suite with Harbour View and absorbed ourselves in the luxury for the two days and two nights we stayed. The suite was beautifully appointed with great detail. We were even given... More

Stayed on a combination of points, free nights and paid nights, (2 rooms x 3 nights). Although a "Platinum Ambassador" the benefits were negligible. I always felt that every time I asked for something (upgraded rooms for example) I was reminded of the terms and conditions of the rewards program. Not a huge deal but there was ZERO flexibility with... More

I stayed here for 8 days with my 2 young boys and as soon as I arrived, I knew this hotel was a classy joint. The valet immediately opened our car doors, doormen opened our hotel door and bell boy took our luggage. Check in was literally 5 mins and I got the harbor room view. Front desk walked us... More

Great Hotel. Stayed in Hong Kong for three nights prior to our Crystal cruise. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very personable and accommodating. Hotel also just started having a smart phone in the room which we could use and call Hawaii at no charge. The hotel is approximately three minutes from the cruise terminal (we walked to... More
