The rooms in the Kowloon are small by Australian standards (not surprising given the population density) but this is more than made up by the magnificent buffet breakfast and lunch the hotel provides. Both the quality and quantity are as good as anywhere I have experienced. The hotel is clean, staff pleasant and helpful, and the place is well sited.... More

Free Airport shuttle from Kowloon Terminal station which dropped us at Peninsula Hotel, just opposite Kowloon Hotel. Arrived on a Sat around 12.30pm and the Hotel was packed. Long queue of mostly PRC tourists at Check-in counter, but staff were quite efficient. First impression wasn't great as hotel was a little dated and room was rather small. Pleasant surprise though... Arrived early, and the very helpful staff in the club lounge found us rooms to check in. Wonderfull chance to have a Nana nap after a long flight from Paris . Unfortunately that's where the service stopped, each time we left the lobby the two ,three or maybe four doorman ignored us , not once did they open the door... More

Stayed here in early June 2015. Conveniently located opposite to The Peninsular Hotel, the subway access point is right outside the block. Room size is relatively small compare to other cities, but this is Hong Kong Standard. The outside might look dated, but interior have been renovated and maintained well. The only down side to this hotel is the lack... More

The photographer did a tremendous job for this property. Unfortunately, the real deal is pretty disappointing. The room is small, very small. Despite the size, the hotel is in a great location. The MTR is right beneath the hotel , rain or shine, you are well connected. Excellent ! On the ground, its shopping street right at your doorsteps. its... More

Room was very clean and tidy. All the staff are friendly and the Harbour Club is a nice place to relax and enjoy a nice cold drink. I always enjoy my stay at the Kowloon Hotel. Having the MTR below the Hotel makes it very easy to travel around and the airport shuttle is right out the front of the... More

Stayed here early June 2015 - again great stay. Stay here at least once a year and can't complain. Rooms are small - but it is HK so unless you pay a fortune, the rooms will be small. I was on my own for Business, so honestly the room was perfect.

I always book this hotel when staying in Hong Kong. Rooms are small but kept clean. Staff members always polite. It suits my needs. The location is very good, being in the centre of a good shopping area in Kowloon. MTR is connected to the hotel. Close to the China ferry terminal. I don't eat at the hotel so unable... More

This hotel is centrally located and close to public transport. It is well priced and extremely clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is well worth paying the extra fee to be able to use the club lounge where snacks and drinks are available 24/7. Club lounge staff, Rot and Evana went out of their way to help... More

Very convenient location in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, easy to get around even by foot. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was really small, barely enough space for our little luggage. At least that room is probably best suited for business people traveling solo. We booked the room for three (2 adults, one child). There was... More
