Travelled on a business tour alone. Yes-room size was small, but well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast was reasonably ok. The biggest advantage of this hotel is location (Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui). I am told that this area is one of the most happening / tourist attraction place in Hongkong. This location has plenty of shopping malls, restaurants... More

We travelled as a couple and stayed one night in a deluxe room which was smaller than in any other hotel we have previously stayed in during our travels to Europe, Great Britain and Asia. We had 2 x standard overseas luggage bags and there was only room to lay out and open one bag. The room was obviously designed... More

This hotel is great. Yes the rooms are small but you are in Hong Kong. Dont hang out in your room. Book the Club Level it is worth getting access to their lounge as well as the other benefits. Not to mention the amazing staff on the Club Level. They are some of the best in the industry. I have... More

All the staff from reception to cleaners were brilliant. We stayed in the premier room which occupy the top 2 floors. the décor is a little tired and in need of an upgrade. After being shown the very tiny room, we were surprised to find only one small drawer and a 300mm wide wardrobe was the only storage. When I... More

The rooms are clean and quite small but this is expected in just a small and populated city. The hotel seems very popular as the reception was always busy. The hotel's bars and restaurants were very expensive so we didn't eat at them but the hotel is well located uneasy walk to many of Hong Kong's shops and tourist attractions.

If you just want to explore HongKong and plan to spend most time on the streets, this is the right place to go. Rooms are very small and not very luxurious, but do you really care if you come to see the city? The bed is good, the bathroom is clean. We were looking for a place to sleep and... More

The location is ideal--walking distance to many sights and the MTR. The hotel is modern with many amenities. The rooms are VERY small, but are well appointed, comfortable and clean. Service was great. Restaurant was good, but a bit average.

Stayed for 6 nights. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable with good air conditioning. Very clean and tidy. Bathroom has a handy washing line and there is a mini fridge in the room. Not many English channels on free TV, but was not a problem, as there is so much to do in HK. Hotel is near the... More
