Centrally located for virtually anything you would want to do in Hong Kong, the Regal is quiet, comfortable and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. The basic rooms, all I ever need, are generous for Hong Kong. Bathroom is clean and well equipped with toiletries. The staff couldn't have been more genial or helpful. Right outside the door is the bustling... More

My booking started out badly - I had booked a shuttle to the hotel. What the web site did not mention was that to board that particular shuttle, you had to find counter B14 at the airport. I did not know this, so I went directly to the shuttle area. At most airports that I am used to, the shuttles... More

The location is good and easy to go out for food and shopping. The breakfast is good, food is enough to choose for eating. And the breakfast time is 6-10 am, it is good for customer. Overall, it's a good place to stay in Hong Kong.

In a very good location in causeway bay, close to MTR and times square. We had an enjoyable stay using executive club floor and facilities. Staff exceptionally attentive, they couldn't do enough for you. The Thai fishcakes where superb made exactly the same as on the streets of Bangkok, not altered to the pallete of westerners. The room on the... More

Great room, great foods & great location for Regal Hongkong Hotel. The italian & cantonese restaurant inside the hotel is very nice. Especially the hotel location is very easy to reach, just a walk you can go to sogo dept. store or time square.

I kept coming back to stay at Regal Hongkong Hotel. This hotel is welcoming. Senior Guest relations officers Ms. Becky Ma is indeed exceptional. Same goes with Ms. Anna Yeung. Minor room configurations were immediately responded by the Assistant manager Mr. Samuel Woo. Mr. Woo is very prompt in finding ways for guests checking-in even in the wee hours of... More

Overall feeling good, convenient transportation. (1)The only thing is that the hotel room is too small, the bed is too small. (2)Forget to provide shampoo and shower gel. (3)Meantime,the room has no heat.

When I checked out and came down to the lobby, waiting for my called taxi. The bell boy impolitely requested me to queue for a taxi outside but I told him that I am waiting for my called taxi and no need to queue, he still insisted that I still have to wait outside. I am really angry and cant... More

We stayed for a week at the Regal Hong Kong and it was a fantastic hotel, great location, and even and better service. We paid extra for the executive suite which provided access to the executive concierge and lounge on the 31st floor (also included an amazing breakfast buffet each day for free and happy hour drinks). What really set... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
