As often the case in with Asian 5 star hotels, my experience with hotel staff, was excellent; courteous, friendly and help full staff while not being overly pushy. Great rooms and facilities. I used the Limo service to and from the airport, which while expensive is a joy with seamless service and Wifi in the Limo.

On a 4 night stay in Hong Kong, the Shangri-La was our first choice, based on previous stays in other countries. We were not disappointed, the staff were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Our room was as promised, spacious with excellent views and serviced to a great standard. Would definitely recommend.
