Stayed here for 2 nights in Sep, 2011. Excellent location and free bus ride from train station (airport to train station and shuttle bus...quite easy and well marked!). Check in was fine, room clean with poor view but priced well. Location is excellent with subway station a few steps away. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for about 6nights and found this hotel to be very well located and real value for money. It is located on Nathan road which is one of the best places to stay if you like a happening place. It has good restaurants, close to tourist attractions and the harbour is just walking distance. MTR station gate is... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here when visiting HK in July. Proximity to subway is extremely important to us while traveling - the subway couldn't have been any closer (literally steps away from the hotel). Service was above average; much better than we expected at a Holiday Inn. We stayed on a premier floor and recommend it to others. The... More

Booked online to stay here through their own website Although the booking was confirmed never received the email confirmation. Called them to chase for it and was told booking hadnt gone through despite being told it had and now wanted to charge an extra 800 dollars for same room as was booking 24 hrs later. Staff refused to help ,... More

Management response:

Dear Charleyquant, Thank you for your feedback. We did a thorough investigation as we value your support a lot. Firstly, all bookings made on IHG or Holiday Inn website should receive an instant email confirmation. After reading your review, we did a testing on our booking system. But we found no problem and the instant email confirmation function was working... More

I think this is the only hotel I know of in Hong Kong that actually has two queen beds in a double room instead of two double beds. I think the hotel is clean, has all the necessities. The location is very close to the subway station (about 1 min walk), and surrounded by lots of restaurants, malls, etc. I... More

the best thing about this hotel is the location on the nathan road very near to the metro station. the rooms are good but wash rooms are bit small, staff is very helpful. Food at their newly renovated Bistro is good. Pl book this hotel early as its full throught the year. Check in takes a bit time in this... More

Best laid plans of mice and men! Planned to stay at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile one night for a late check in and one night for an early check out. As mentioned in other reviews the location is extraordinary; but extraordinary from the perspective the location is central to all things Hong Kong such as the noise, the people,... More

Stayed for 2 nights here in August 2011 for a weekend. Well stocked mini bar, size of room is okay - nothing too fancy but it's clean and that's what matters! Bathroom is clean as well and seems like everything is kept well. There's a 7-11 conveniently across the street and also access to the TST MTR station. Lots of... More

The best thing about this hotel is that it's really at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The nearest MTR exit (N5 via G of the Tsim Sha Tsui station) is like, 10 meters away from the hotel's entrance on Mody Street. Every corner you look is a shopping mall, K11, being my favourite because it's both a mall and... More

Room comfortable with good air con (vital!) and very conveniently located. The Bistro-style restaurant was excellent - such an extensive range of absolutely delicious morsels from which to choose, that we ate there several times. This was our first visit to Hong Kong, but we would be happy to stay here again. Concierge staff very helpful upon our discovering that... More
