This hotel was lovely, we had a family room with two comfortable double beds. Our first night was on the 6th floor and there was a lot of street noise but when we mentioned it to the staff they moved us to the 12th floor which was really quiet. I have stayed here multiple times and have found the refurbished rooms and service to be very nice. However, both of us carried our notebook computers this time and were charged twice for daily internet access at 180$HK EACH, $360HK per day, even though we connected one at a time via the cable in the room. The location is unbeatable ! It's close to shops, restaurants and all the amenities and attractions of the Kowloon end of HK. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in June. 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 12 in the one room. Plenty of room. On the 6th floor and had an interesting view of the street from window. More than happy with the service and the cleanliness of the room. Loved the location - very handy for everything. more
