Checked in to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very comfortable with a bit of seaview. The service is very warm and helpful. Front desk is available 24 hours. The location although is not very central in Hong Kong, however, it is a 3 min walk to the Kennedy Town Station of the MTR. We can go anywhere in... More

Booked a larger 'Suite' room as we are a tall couple, unfortunately we never saw that room! Got to the hotel at about 11pm after a late flight, no one at the reception desk, just a phone number and a note to call and someone will come back within 15 mins. Luckily we were able to call (pricey with roaming... More

Small but clean room. Kennedy Town is not centrally located but the MTR (or tram) will take you to Central in no time. Lots of chinese and western restaurants + coffee shops etc. Good for the price and considering it is Hong Kong. We bougth breakfast at a nearby bakery and ate at the rooftop terrace. Nice way to start... More

The hotel is small but nice and very convenience to take MTR and bus, there are airport bus just nearby the hotel, but it is not so easy to find but just open your mouth and ask the people there, sure you can get it. But the hotel only have one elevator in the hotel. so please be patient..

We stayed in the Mia Casa on 2 occasions. Very comfortable. 1st room on 5th floor (remember there is no 4th floor) could get a little noisy but on the 11th it was very quiet. Incredible kitchen equipment, good free Wi-Fi, friendly staff. Shower door was a little leaky.

We booked a standard double room that came with a super single bed. I am almost 1.7m and my toes were touching the ends of the bed, not to say the husband who suffered in his sleep at 1.83m. The room is incredibly small (they could rival Hop Inn on small) and I would not say this is even value... More

I stayed standard double room for a night in Dec/2014, had less choices due to holiday season. the hotel will be okay in such case, but room is tiny. You can go up to roof top terrace, it a good space for chill out. *Reception Staff are helpful. Nothing special, but it's good enough. I made a few comversation with... More

Bear in mind that hotel room in hongkong are pretty small and expensive especially during the ezhibition period. I stayed here with my sis and her son . It is a very vibrant area with many food and market nearby. MTR is opening in December which will make the whole Kennedy town area more convenient than before. And no need... More

Stayed almost 2 weeks in late Oct 2014. Best way to get to hotel from the airport is via the CityFlyer A10 bus. You can download route A10 pdf info flyer from the CityFlyer website & there are also online route maps. Get off at the Luen Bong Apartments stop on Belcher’s St. Walk in the opposite direction of the... More

Mia Casa fitted our requirement of a kitchenette and reasonable pricing. We were ok with the location (a bit far to the west of central) in Kennedy town and did not require hotel-like features (breakfast services, business center etc). We stayed here in a Deluxe double during the october National day holidays. Front desk staff was quite helpful during out... More
