I stayed standard double room for a night in Dec/2014, had less choices due to holiday season. the hotel will be okay in such case, but room is tiny. You can go up to roof top terrace, it a good space for chill out. *Reception Staff are helpful. Nothing special, but it's good enough. I made a few comversation with... More

Bear in mind that hotel room in hongkong are pretty small and expensive especially during the ezhibition period. I stayed here with my sis and her son . It is a very vibrant area with many food and market nearby. MTR is opening in December which will make the whole Kennedy town area more convenient than before. And no need... More

Stayed almost 2 weeks in late Oct 2014. Best way to get to hotel from the airport is via the CityFlyer A10 bus. You can download route A10 pdf info flyer from the CityFlyer website & there are also online route maps. Get off at the Luen Bong Apartments stop on Belcher’s St. Walk in the opposite direction of the... More

Mia Casa fitted our requirement of a kitchenette and reasonable pricing. We were ok with the location (a bit far to the west of central) in Kennedy town and did not require hotel-like features (breakfast services, business center etc). We stayed here in a Deluxe double during the october National day holidays. Front desk staff was quite helpful during out... More

we only stayed one night here after having lived in the area for 6 months and needing a place to stay before our flight home - it was a really great hotel and exceeded our expectations. as we weren't staying very long we just chose a "budget" option, but it was surprisingly comfortable and we loved the room decor. modern... This mid range hotel was right near where my son lives so thus the choice. if you wanted to stay a little away from the centre of town at reasonable rates this ticks that box. Easy to get into town by bus or taxi. the room was a mini apartment and fairly large-bathroom a little small but it was fine... More

I really like Mia Casa where I stayed twice and will stay again soon. The rooms are quiet, clean and fairly new. Each room seems a bit different in terms of layout. I had a kitchen corner each time. However, the key is what a guest's expectations are. Mia Casa is more of a serviced apartments kind of place than... More

Very nice hotel, with great rooms and nice view. This is our second time in Mia Casa. Rooms are specious, clean and have a super view. staying in Mia Casa is like having your own apartment in Hong Kong, you have your small kitchen, living area with flat screen TV and free wifi. Also a plus is that you are... More

Positive first: plenty of storage space in cabinet; three washing machines and three tumblers available on 21st floor free of charge (bring your own powders) ; nice amenities in bathroom Negative: shower curtain leads to flooded bathroom if water fully open; dangerous furniture hosting large refrigerator but with razor sharp edges, beware in the dark ; for 800HK$ a night,... First, don't believe what is written on the website, there is a DVD player and light-meal cooking facilities only if you take the deluxe room, not in the standard rooms. We were very suprised by the size of the standard room, the double bed was extremely small and it looked like a single room...although we paid for a standard room.... More
