So, when i booked a single ticket to Hong Kong, i already decided to stay either in Best Western brand, or Ibis, lucky me, at the end of July 2015, there is promotion in Best Western Causeway Bay, and since my activities will be based on Causeway bay area, so i decided to book this hotel, honestly, after i booked... We stayed 2 nights in HK in this Hotel. Close to Times square area for shopping and walking around is cool. Metro station 5 min walk (causeway bay station blue Line). Room was correct but a bit small, I guess this is a regular size in HK. Service vallet is good cause we had to wait for our luggages delivery... More

The best thing about this hotel was the American brand name and the bed. The location was kind of confusing as it was on the corner of an alley. So when you come out the front door, you are in the middle of an alley. I stayed on the 26th floor. The rooms are a bit small and tight. There... More

Mattress broken... Wifi not working... No taxi service downstairs... Entrance in a back alley... Not very pleasant... Some of the staff absolutely rude... Would not recommend this hotel to anybody... apart from its location. Not a best western standard really... No side lights in the rooms... Rooms really shabby and dark black out curtains... not blacking out light at all....

First of all we had an overnight flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong with a budget airline. Meaning that we didn't catch a lot of sleep when we arrived at the Hotel at 7am (in our booking we stated that we will arrived 8-9am). When we arrived at the front desk we asked if we could check in already. So... More

A week before our trip to HK, I found a good deal from booking.com and decided to book my stay with Best Western. After confirming my reservations for 2 rooms, I saw a few reviews about this property and this gave me an impression to cancel my booking. However, there was a cancellation fee and I've decided to keep it... More

Location is the best thing about this hotel, very near Times Square Mall and MTR (exit A Russell Rd) Hotel is dated, the hotel lobby even had plastic covered furniture 70's style, rooms have been renovated within the last few years though, no room to store case or clothes, only two coat hangers provided. Lots of eateries, shops and open... More

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your compliment on the hotel location. First, there are a number of convenience stores where guests can buy snacks and drinks. Second, there are hundreds of retails and restaurants in Times Square and the area nearby where guests can enjoy shopping and dining. Travelers can reach different parts of the city and numerous... Stayed here for 2 weeks a while back when I was on a business trip to Hong Kong. The room was small but well maintained. Good accessibility (via rail, taxi & tram), decent WIFI availability and affordable price are other plus points. I could feel only one issue during the stay which is due to the small size of the... Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
