located close to the Wan Chai MTR and ferry terminal. Clean and very roomy. was a bit more expensive than other rooms i had looked at but was worth the extra money for size and comfort. Plenty of shops nearby but not for the early rises. overall very good.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, particularly if you are attending an event on the Honk Kong Exhibition Center. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is no doubt I would stay there again.

A very spacious studio apartment with harbour views! Great wardrobe and storage space which worked really well for us as we stayed for three months. Clean, tidy and great location. Less than 10 minute walk to Wan Chai MTR station. A few minutes to HK Convention Centre and five minute walk to Wan Chai Ferry terminal. Bars, restaurants and good... More

This is a self contained apartment in Wan Chai. 10 minute walk to Wan Chai MTR. Entrance is next to the Jeep. Bed was very firm, wouldn't want to stay here longer than 2 nights. Bank, pub and restaurants above hotel. Staff were friendly. Only critic is the hard beds and our safe didn't work. Good for a quick trip... More

this should be a serviced apartment but not a quality hotel. We booked 2 nights here and were very disappointing! Location - although it is located in Wan Chai, honestly it is not center of Wan Center and quite far from the Wan Chai MTR station with 10-15minutes walk and difficult to access if you are new to Hong Kong.... This hotel room was actually quite spacious for hongkong standards. It had its own kitchenette and dining area. Located right next to the HK Exhibition and Convention Center it is perfect for Expo Attendance. The Rooms were clean spacious and modern. Only Problem is if you are staying for tourism and not a business expo it maybe abit out of... More

It is true that you would be flustered when you find narrow corridor right after getting off the elevator, but afer you walk into the room, you could release your self a bit with its spacious area. Kapok is not a hotel, but serviced apartement. Due to this reason, it does not have gigantic high ceiling nor fancy furniture nor... More

Excellent location for this apartment hotel, at a very good price. There is a small but nice gymnasium on the 42th floor, with a very good view over the Victoria harbour. In top of that, the staff is very friendly.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
