My husband and I stayed at HOmongkok hostel for 5 nights .Our room was one of the smallest double rooms I think. Basically, we had a bed between two walls and a tiny bathroom. Barely enough space to stand together at the same time. We also had a small window but it gives onto an air column. Positive : It... More

My problema with this hotel crosses over 3 days and two different nights. I booked a double room with the Din Dian hostel on booking. Once we arrived at the building we realized that this Din Dian hostel and the Ho Mongkok hostel were the same thing. Until here no big of a deal. We paid the room and told... More

My cousin and I stayed at this location for 7 nights; checked in on 26 March 2015 and checked out on 2 April 2015. Booking was done via Airbnb. Although known as "Ho Mong Kok Hotel", it actually operates as a "no frills" hostel BUT it is very conveniently located in a commercial building called Sincere House at 83 Argyle... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in Ho Mong Kok Hotel and we are quite happy with our stay. Positive: Good value for money. We had a "big" bathroom (for Hong Kong) and two windows in our room. During the evening, the receptionist is really friendly and speaks english well enough to have good conversations with him. On the... More

Good, central location. This is a guest house, not a hotel, offering no-frills accommodation solutions to travelers with some experience. WiFi works well. No meal options, but eateries, shops and restaurants all over the area. Close to night market and Mongkok MRT station. Pretty good value for money, would stay there again.

Stayed in another hotel in Mongkok. However our flight left at 23:30 and we didn't want to walk the streets all day - so we checked online and found a room here was £16. Decided it would be perfect to use as a day room as was only 2 minute walk away from our current location. It was difficult to... More

It is a budget inn. Location is good , sufficient for budget traveller. Water can be refilled. Simple room with bed and toilet. Don't expect much. Location is near Mong Kök mtr and bus to airport outside inn. Spend only hkd 33 to take A21 bus to airport.

I'd booked a room in Ho Mongkok Hostel at the last minute, after my initial booking at another hostel had some issues and was cancelled. I chanced upon Ho Mongkok and immediately booked for my 4 nights in HK. The room was reasonably sized ( read : compact!) for 2 pax, with attached washroom. I was lucky to be allocated... More

Great location, located just 2 blocks away from Mong Kok MRT station exit D. Upon arrival was a little bit surprised by the outlook and "feeling-dangerous" environment, probably because the building was old and packed. Security guard was very kind. The lady receptionist was not well verse in English but good enough for you to get the room. Small incident... More

I managed to get a newly renovated room. It was small and compact. It's pretty much the exact size of a double bed and a small bathroom. It is definitely a budget hostel. The rate is cheap so you do get what you pay for. You will have to take a shower in front of your toilet. It's that cramped,... More
