I'm here for Chinese New Year visiting my daughter who's doing a semester at City University. I'm totally satisfied with the Hop Inn! This is comfortable budget travel with most of the benefits of much more expensive venues, and a lot more soul. Comfortable and welcoming for women, children, family, LGBT and solo travelers. Minutes from the MTR, the harbor... More

This inn is highly recommended, and we will definitely return. Hard to find, like all gems...My kid, wife and i stayed till feb 3 in a triple room called 'chaos', and in contrast to its name, we enjoyed it immensely. The room was the most spacious we've seen compared to past hotels in hk.. And this is an inn!! The... More

Really like the inner city feeling, as if it's my own apartment. The room itself is quite small, but it's expected in Hong Kong, and it's enough for a short trip since you won't have too much luggage. They make up the small rooms with a outdoor garden where you can get together with your friends and family, as well... More

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. We got a twin room. I stayed there with my sister. It was quite small as expected. Not too hard to find. In an excellent location near MTR, China Ferry Terminal, and Star Ferry Terminal. The rooms are small, but it's enough for your stuff. No cabinets and drawers, but that's... More

I have stayed in several hostels across Hong Kong over few years and without any doubt Hop Inn Carnarvon hovers far ahead of any of its peer hostels in the city. Its roomy, clean, convenient, endearing, embracing and a clear 5 star in this category. The guys are crisp, no nonsense, helpful and fabulous with all your needs. The rooms... More

Stayed at Carnavon Branch during the '14 Christmas week and room prices are for reals damn affordable for peak periods. 1. It is super easy to find, just keep your eyes peeled for road names. (Free Airport Express bus servies to Hyatt is a total dream come true - you can check in your luggages when leaving HK at the... More

Location is excellent, walking distance to MTR. Shops all around the hotel. 7-11 convenient store just round the corner. Hotel price is high considering its a budget hotel without facilities. Rooms are arte deco style with different theme for each room. So you will have a different feel each time you check in to their different rooms. Entrance lobby at... More

The Hop Inn - Carnarvon location is prime as it is close to the MTR, shopping, food (The Charlie Brown cafe :D) and anything else convenient. It is also situated on what i would consider the less busier side of TST but only short walk away. My stay was for a week and what a wonderful week it was, from... More

This is a hostel actually. But more than a hostel. I stayed one night here during Halloween so I think the price is higher than usual. Great location. Easy reach from jetty ( jet from Macau) to hostel, take abt 20 minutes walk and easy to find. There r free shuttle bus from and to airport MRT station as well.... More
