I highly recommend this hostel, because #1. Cleanliness #2. Convenient location #3. Free wifi & #4. Free unlimited drinking water. For a hostel in Hong Kong, I find this place quite decent, each room has it's own bathroom, with clean white towels & shampoo/body wash are provided. Beddings are clean & white too. All the basics are in the room,... More

My boyfriend and I visited Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong for 5 days and had booked a one night stay online at another backpacker. Upon seeing the building in which this particular backpacker was, we turned around immediately without continuing to the designated floor. It was smelly, filthy and there was too much traffic due to all the small stores... More

I stayed 4 nights in Quadruple room. The room is small but acceptable compared with Hong Kong standard size in this area. The bathroom is tiny. No shelf and no space to put dry clothes except on the rail. We have to walk thru wet zone if we want to use toilet. The bathroom wall is a mirror with thin curtain.... More

This hostel has gotten great reviews, but I must say I didn't like it too much. It was quite pricy, over 600HKD a night, but it may be difficult to find something in this price range in Hong Kong. The rooms looked great and clean in the pictures, but our (a double room) was moist and noisy (from the ac... More

Loved staying here. It's cosy, clean, quiet and very friendly. Superb hot showers, comfortable beds and great price. Also close to city sights and waterfront. Be aware rooms are small (typical Hong Kong) but plenty of space for two adults and two large suitcases. Also is not easy to find...the entrance is an apartment entrance tucked between two shops opposite... More

This is the second time I travelled to Hong Kong, so it is not a surprise for me to find the room is really tiny as most of accommodation in Hong Kong are. We booked a twin room in Hop Inn Hankow. We feel a little let down to find it is actually a bunk bed instead of 2 single... More

3 nights stay here quite comfortable as a solo Traveller staying in a double room. Great location and easy to go to the TST station. Many restaurants, shops around. The weak point is only the bath & toilet do not have anything to protect. Taking a shower, all room are wet.

This review is for the Hankow location. They were difficult to book with and couldn't guarantee a room with a window even though we booked months in advance. I knew that the rooms would be incredibly small, but there was no common area to offer relief for the size of the room. The price was too high for quality of... More

Posting here my e mail and their response when they asked me for a review after our stay. Hop Inn at Caranavon was the perfect location for out stay in HK. It is less than a minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui Station, less then 5 mins walk to Kowloon Park, and only about a 10 min walk down to the water. Also right next door to a 7/11 which is convenient for picking up snacks and... More
