We had a perfect 3 week stay in CHI- 314. With 2 adults and 3 kids, aged 4,6 and 9, I was anxious about the amount of space we'd have in the apartment. We needn't have worried, the photos are all true to life and the 2 bed apartment on the 14F, Flat A was perfect. There was plenty of... More

We stayed at Chi Residences 314 in early January 2015. From airport, it was very convenience to use either bus A21 or E22 and work a few block to hotel. When reach the hotel, just press the intercom to connect to people in charge who will open the door for you. Then 3 x 7 steps to the second floor... More

I had a 12 hour layover in HK without spending the night (checkin 9am and checkout 5pm), and wanted a place to sleep and shower, they won't allow early checking so they are charging me a 1/2 day. So I would have been better off booking a better hotel which would allowed early checkin. Would have been nicer and cheaper... More

We have stay with CHI 314 in Jordan over a dozen times now and we found the residence to be very comfortable and relaxing and well equipped. The best part is the location, being located on Nathan Road and a block from the underground MTR, you can reach practically every part of Hong Kong and even China via train, buses... More

CHI 314 ticks all the boxes for a great stay in Hong Kong. At first, we were concerned that staying in an apartment wouldn't be as good as staying in a hotel, particularly when we didn't know the city, but we were wrong. Very wrong. CHI 314 is perfectly located on Nathan Road Kowloon, near the Temple Street Night Markets,... More

Night 4 of a 5 night stay. Chi residence has been great. Very spacious and nicer than just one room in a regular hotel. MTR nearly at your doorstep, easy walk to Mongkok or Tsim Sha Tsui. Rooms are cleaned every day, fresh big fluffy towels changed, your bed done up, toothbrushes with a small toothpaste supplied and every day... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in April. Top floor room over looking Nathan Rd. What an awesome place in a fantastic location. My third time in Hong Kong and I'd definitely stay here again. The fact you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs to the lift is a small catch, but more than made up... More

We picked Chi Residence 314 after considerable research and review of Honk Kong hotels, apartments and vacation rentals. Overall, we made the right decision based on the following: 1. Rental application process 2. Location 3. Introductory email from Suki Leung prior to our arrival in HK - it's always nice to receive an introductory email from the hotel/apartment prior to... More

Stayed here for 9 nights and was a home away from home. We were on the 14th floor where there are only 3 rooms - A, B and C. We were in room c which is 'L' shaped with the bedroom overlooking Nathan Rd. There was hardly any road noise and we had a peaceful nights sleep on the large... More

In a city with serious space issues it is a delight to find a place as peaceful and as large as this property. Furnished to a very high standard with a comfortable bed 2 40" tv's and a kitchenette oh and a wonderful rainfall shower! Located just off Nathan Rd the infamous shopping street it is just 5 mins from... More

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
