OK, I tried to book CHI Residences 138 on line as we are attending the Hong Kong Gift and Premium Fair, 27 April to 5 May, 2015 - 8 nights in all. In my initial email I gave them my credit card details and said I would pay a $HK2000 deposit to secure the room. I received a reply back... More

We have booked a couple of nights at the Chi 314 and liked it. The pictures were very misleading. We thought we are going to book a big apartment, it turned out to be a very small apartment! No infos about the sizes were provided! It is really a shoe box.. The apartment was clean. Wifi available but not very... More

We stayed in the property for two days on 24-25 Mar. We loved and felt like another sweet home in the heart of Hong kong. Very much satisfied and happy with the stay, but few Pros and Cons. Would definitely stay her again. Thanks Chi Residence.......Guys Cons was due to time and situation but wanted to share my experience during... More

Stayed here for a week in February 2015 and absolutely loved the space and service!! I'm a travel agent and normally scrutinise hotels so I can advise my clients on where to stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring space and convenience.. Staff were great also..

I am writing with regard to my room reservation at CHI Residences 314 made on 26th December 2014 via Expedia (#110899513183, 18 to 21 March 2015) I had read many reviews before choosing this property, so called a ‘SERVICE APARTMENT’ thus I expected better experience and quality service. I booked a ONE bedroom Suite for 2 adults instead as I... More

We booked this hotel (well, it is really a serviced apartment) for a short trip (4 days) in Hong Kong. The price is very reasonable and you get double the room size compared to traditional hotel. We have a proper living room (with open plan kitchen), a proper bedroom and bathroom. More than anything you can expect from Hong Kong... More

We had a perfect 3 week stay in CHI- 314. With 2 adults and 3 kids, aged 4,6 and 9, I was anxious about the amount of space we'd have in the apartment. We needn't have worried, the photos are all true to life and the 2 bed apartment on the 14F, Flat A was perfect. There was plenty of... More

We stayed at Chi Residences 314 in early January 2015. From airport, it was very convenience to use either bus A21 or E22 and work a few block to hotel. When reach the hotel, just press the intercom to connect to people in charge who will open the door for you. Then 3 x 7 steps to the second floor... More

I had a 12 hour layover in HK without spending the night (checkin 9am and checkout 5pm), and wanted a place to sleep and shower, they won't allow early checking so they are charging me a 1/2 day. So I would have been better off booking a better hotel which would allowed early checkin. Would have been nicer and cheaper... More

We have stay with CHI 314 in Jordan over a dozen times now and we found the residence to be very comfortable and relaxing and well equipped. The best part is the location, being located on Nathan Road and a block from the underground MTR, you can reach practically every part of Hong Kong and even China via train, buses... More

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
