Quality of service is good in this hotel, staff is very helpful and professionnel. The food is tasty, fresh with large selection of meals. Hotel has perfect shuttle bus to the city center/back to the hotel. It will save you a lot of time. Hotel is modern, but rooms are very small. I think it is a good accommodation for... More

it was on a holiday trip through Hong Kong and Macau that the travel agency booked through this hotel, which was preferred, as it was just 4.5km from the heart of the city. The lobby is always full of people mostly booked through group tours from mainland china and india. One should remember that the Check-in time in hong kong... More

This hotel is unique. The lobby floor is slightly slanted, so we feel like in a slanted house. The service is good. The restaurant is good. But in the lobby there is no place to sit down, so all the guests that wait for check-in or check-out have to stand in front of the reception desk.

I stayed at this hotel in September of 2013. It's a little far because it's located in Tokwawan. You do have a shuttle which will take you to Jimshatsu every hour. The hotel is also not close to any Metro Link station. There are lots of restaurants to eat around the hotel and they are all within walking distance. There is... More

I had booked the hotel through a travel agent. As my daughter is young, we had requested for a triple occupancy in a double room. The room was super cramped with the extra bed in it. So, if you are planning on an extra bed in the room be prepared to walk on beds! The bathroom is equally cramped with... More

My first trip to HK together with my fiance and it was the BEST experience we ever had. We arrived at the hotel early at 9.30am as our flight was in the morning and was greeted with a warm welcome by a female staff. She suggested us to top-up HKD$890 (about SGD$150 for 3 days) for breakfast buffet for 3... More

Stayed for two days. There is no coordination between the travel agent (Freedom travels- arranged by SOTC, India) and hotel. The rooms are very small. The hotel is surrounded by garages. We were unable to go for evening walk. They arranged for dinner at cafe- while all people were taking buffets, we are asked to sit in a corner and... More
