If you want to be in the action of down town kowloon this hotel isn't for you. The location is no where near an mtr and the hotel shuttle bus is permanently full so taxi is the only option. Most of the taxi drivers we travelled with had never heard of it so essential to carry a hotel card at... More

First thing that 'strikes' me or rather surprised me was the lobby. Looks tilted and I needed some adjustment to get my eyes accustomed to the 'sliding' effect! Even the floor tiles are patterned to give an illusion that the lobby is warped! The rooms are bigger compared to those from the same range on the island and is cosy.... More

I've just stayed in this hotel for 4 days - chosen by my travel agent. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor - 21st, so this was quiet and reasonably far from the noise in the street. The room was nice, but the bathroom/toilet was so small. The elevator was bigger than the bathroom. The staff were... More

I stayed here for a month for a business trip, and will request to never stay at this hotel again if I'm in Hong Kong. Unruly Mainland Chinese guests, especially those with young children, were beyond despicable. I woke up several times to the sound of running children in the hallway banging on the walls with umbrellas, ringing guests' doorbells,... More

Stayed in this hotel during my vacation to Hongkong/Macau. The hotel is just average and has nothing great that will attract you. The room was of small size ( you get better rooms in a 3 star property in India). They did not have complementary wifi connectivity, which I think is must now a days. The charges of the wifi... More

Not the most spacious rooms, but that's in line with most places in Kowloon. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Decent breakfast, covering English, Asian and Indian cuisine. Generally the staff are not very friendly, but they are helpful. Received great service and advice on which public buses to use from John at concierge. He was always very pleasant and would... More
