stayed here overnight due to airline delay. first off, the hotel is located in tsuen wan with residential bldgs around. 2. the hotel caters to a lot of airlines for layovers.. given this fact where guests arrive late into the night, you would think they would have a coffee shop or anyplace that can serve food but there is nothing... The hotel was average, facilities were lacking e.g pool. The hotel is also pretty far away from the local railway line but the hotel did provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to the station but they only come every 30-1 hour. So you had to time your return.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this place literally takes first prize for false advertising and literally taking peoples money under false pretenses. Only good thing to say about this place is I feel sorry for the staff, they seem quite aware of the short comings of the property and the false advertising that goes on. They seemed... More

Stayed there for 2 nights as it was near to the venue for a race that I was taking part in. Staff was not the most friendly I have seen but as other reviewers have said, they are usually overworked as they have to manage loads of customers, especially tourists from the mainland who arrives in large numbers. I asked... More

Situated in the Hong Kong suburb of Tsuen Wan, this hotel is a reasonable and convenient place to stay for an extended trip to Hong Kong. We stayed for 30 days in January 2014 with our two granddaughters. It is suitable for business people, tourists and students and offers differing types of accommodation, some with kitchenettes for self catering and... More

I live there for one night because of airline delay. I was told by the hotel staff that I should check out at 12pm the day after and get on the shuttle bus for airport. however when I check at 12pm and shuttle bus has left!!! The hotel staff knew there was one passenger not on the bus, but they... More

A great way to get away from the densely packed Hong Kong environment. I had a standard one bedroom apartment and was nicely surprised to find a functional kitchen (with pots, knives and other equipment), and a bedroom separate from the living/dining area. For the price of a standard pigeon hole (ie: the notoriously small HK and Japanese hotel rooms),... More

Stop there due to missing flight, I was disappointed as it was 40 minutes from the airport, and not close to the city. The rooms are large, lounge room as well as a bedroom, the beds are very hard, just a bit uncomfortable for me. Overlooking the bay, but not really a beautiful view. Front desk were helpful, apart from... More

I stayed there on December 2013. Comparing to any other hotel in Hongkong with the same price, the room is much much bigger but a bit outdated. The view was also great and very relaxing. Far from the crowd of the city. The thing is about location wise. Though they provided a shuttle to MTR Tsuen Wan frequently but usually... More
