I stayed there on December 2013. Comparing to any other hotel in Hongkong with the same price, the room is much much bigger but a bit outdated. The view was also great and very relaxing. Far from the crowd of the city. The thing is about location wise. Though they provided a shuttle to MTR Tsuen Wan frequently but usually... More

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me the days of our stay at the Bay Bridge Hotel. It was a good decision; we enjoyed the peace and quiet my parents needed, offered in all the facilities of your hotel. This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff, allowed me to... Location is good for leisure but worst for food. All the inanimate materials are excellent but the living material( specially front desk staff ) are worst. They are lack of courtesy .I reviewed more than 35 hotel of different country, but sorry to say that, front desk staff of this hotel must be changed or they may be shifted to house keeping... stayed there right now for 6 days. i booked a studio and after i saw it I NAGGED so much they upgraded me to the bay-side with nice water views.still too expensive for 120 us per night I say. In the morning male receptionist was pretty polite and well humoured. all the rest of their staff either hated the guests,... More

Now, this isn't my first experience with overseas hotels and I understand that the standard level of cleanliness is different for each culture but when you are catering to customers of different nationalities I would suggest that you keep your cleanliness and hospitality level up. 1) The Staff To begin with the "front desk staff" was the least friendly. They... More

First off, we are not too picky with hotels and have never had the need to write a review of one until now. This hotel is AWFUL. The service is ridiculous. Our room was dusty everywhere when we arrived. The floors hadn't been swept for awhile. House keeping comes way to early in the morning and they don't refill any... More

Placed here overnight by Cathay pacific after flight cancelled. The carpets are dirty and worn, the window faces the noisy freeway, and it is nearly 30 minutes from the a airport. On the positive the hotel does have towels and the basics in the room. While the cost is a good value this is not a four star

Our stay at Bridge was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is such you can get awesome views of of sea, ships and the bridge on one side and the mountain on the other. It is merely 5 minutes ride from the Tsuen Wan station if you avail the free shuttle service from the hotel. While every half an... More

The serviced apartment with facilities of a hotel ..is very clean and nice. Good House keeping, self-laundry and free Wi-fi connection really adds to the positiveness of staying..The rooms facing sea are too good...perfect for long stay..feels like home ...staff was helpful and co-ordinal...shuttle bus for MTR and other near by places in frequent intervals...

We had stayed at the Bay Bridge for many consecutive years. The service and cleanliness has always been consistently good and improved year by year. The management actually listens to their customers' reviews and make improvement accordingly. It is of a good four-star hotel standard but you pay less, especially if you stay longer. The hotel is situated by the... More
