Fair to say it has a pretty view both of the mountain and water, but the services are ridiculous! I was placed on the 12th floor. I had severe problems with accessing water - in the shower, toilet and hand basin. Every flush of the toilet resulted in a serious overflow, every use of the hand basin resulted in a... More

We booked a 2-night stay with the hotel for 2 rooms (4 adults, 2 kids). We chose this hotel since we planned to got to HK Disneyland and Victoria's Peak. Hotel has easy access to both locations. LOBBY: Relatively large area, nice couches for waiting visitors, free hot and cold water, free use of computers with internet service. Staff were... More

We are many passengers because our flight cancelled so they take us here to wait for next day flight. I get big room, two beds, kitchen, sofa, very big room! Much bigger than normal hotel room. I have view of water and some ship. There is pool and gym but I used extra time in HK for some sightseeing. Hotel... More

This place has the nerve to call itself a hotel. I ended up there due to an airline delay. It is in this deserted area with no sign of any amenities whatsoever. The service was poor, staff's attitude and English was poor (probably because they figured the airline was paying them anyway) and they checked all 30 of in 1... More

Despite the efforts of friendly staff, the room always seems dirty because the carpet in the room is awfully dirty! If they do not change it very soon, this hotel might have to close down because people feel betrayed when entering the room after having booked based on beautiful but totally unrealistic pictures of this place. I think people will... More

Let me preface my review with the declaration that I ended up in this out of the way place because my flight had been cancelled (Hunno Air - "Wings of Mongolia", to be precise). I did not want to be there. My wife, young child and I arrived at this threadbare establishment around midnight, and were quickly checked in. We... More

stayed here overnight due to airline delay. first off, the hotel is located in tsuen wan with residential bldgs around. 2. the hotel caters to a lot of airlines for layovers.. given this fact where guests arrive late into the night, you would think they would have a coffee shop or anyplace that can serve food but there is nothing... The hotel was average, facilities were lacking e.g pool. The hotel is also pretty far away from the local railway line but the hotel did provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to the station but they only come every 30-1 hour. So you had to time your return.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this place literally takes first prize for false advertising and literally taking peoples money under false pretenses. Only good thing to say about this place is I feel sorry for the staff, they seem quite aware of the short comings of the property and the false advertising that goes on. They seemed... More
