I have stayed at this service apartment for 5 months working in HK. The is convenient shuttle bus between TST and the hotel and also a bus stop just outside the reception. The Harbour view is nice and it is good to have a walk in the night along the harbour which is just 5 minutes.

This is a noisy, cavernous apartment building that is called a "hotel." Tiny rooms, old, dirty, and cheap furnishings, and the worst customer service. It is often used by short-term tour groups from the Mainland, resulting in crowded conditions, elevators that never arrive, and TV channels that only has one or two English-speaking stations. It is next to a small... More

Very disappointed with my stay. It was quite possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I wouldn't even gratify with calling what I received as 'service'. There were too many instances of blatant disregard to count. The company I work for has assured that we will never use this complex again. I hope that others follow suit- there... More

Noise is an issue, i mean internally, walls and ceiling seems to be 'paper thin'. We could hear anyone walking pass, playing music or neighbours chatting loud with their windows opened especially at night, during bedtime after 11pm. Understand this is dependent on whether you can a good neighbour. A long wait for trying to take a lift up/down (Every... More

We booked this through Flipkey because it was one of the cheaper options for the family of 3. We paid a deposit and we were a bit wary at the start because we were afraid that no one would meet us to let us in. This is not a hotel and therefore the usual reception services are not available. There... More

I have to admit that you be better off elsewhere unless you do not mind paying the extra's to overcome the hassle of getting a rental contract. This partial service apartment means you will need to sign up and pay for cleaning, internet and the 27-28 seater shutter-bus service is always packed during the morning peak hours. Taxi's may or... the first reviewer pretty much sums it up. My only complaint is if you have guests who need a key to your apartment or want to leave a package for pick-up, the front desk will not assist. This means any deliveries or admin you need to be here, which when you are a single professional you have to come back... More

This is an extended stay hotel conveniently located close to a major hub of the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway (MTR). We pay $9,990 HKD per month. Trains, Underground (subway) and Bus stations are only a ten-minute walk away. The Metropolis Mall (on the way to the station) has a small grocer, several restaurants (Japanese, Chinese and Continental (European)) as... More
