Really enjoyed this hotel. Quite close to the MTR (subway). Nice pool and superb views. Staff in the club lounge were excellent. Could do with a larger toaster at breakfast. The lounge is excellent with free drinks between 1800 and 2000, canapés, afternoon tea etc

We stayed for three nights in November 2013 and it was truly a delightful experience. We checked in on the 41st floor and the view was quite spectacular. The service was exceptional and the view from our room (39th) was of the harbour, which was again pretty amazing. Don't have anything bad to say about the hotel and if I... More

By far not a 5 star hotel nor experience. The room was old and a bit tired. It was tiny to say the least. Had a room on the side where construction is taking place, which didn't bother us but certainly spoilt the view. Ordered from the room service menu but they didn't understand us because it was an old... More

First and foremost the Harbour Grand has a very impressive lobby, we were impressed upon arrival. It has beautiful chandeliers and an impressive staircase opening. Staff were very friendly, particularly the doormen. I stayed in a standard room which was adequate for two people. The rooms were comfortable, although I feel they could do with a slight makeover. The room... More

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Admittedly we went for the best available, in that we had a club room with all of the trimmings. Our room was beautifully appointed with a spectacular view over Victoria Harbour. The clubroom lounge was very special with great food and drinks included in the price. Our points of contact... More

We have stayed here previously. So it was a no brainer to return, or so we thought. We had pre booked a king bed but got a twin. They were great and swapped it for us. My issue was that the room was really outdated and tiny. Bed was, shall we say, well used and soft. TV had minimal English... More

I had a standard room with harbour view which was rather disappointing. Furniture and equipment were rather outtdated and the whole room should get some renovation. The view is on a less attractive side of the harbour and on a new construction site next to the hotel which generates some significant noice through the day time. Price-value-relationship is a bit... First impressions count and this is where the Harbour Grand really scores as the reception foyer is stunning. It's massive, beautifully finished with impressive chandeliers with a lone harpist halfway up the grand staircase. Check-in was very easy and friendly. The standard rooms are compact, but clean and comfortable with just about everything you need (apart from an ironing board,... More

10 days of excellent care from a fabulous team. We arrived just after 8am but our rooms were waiting for us as promised, check in was a breeze and we were welcomed by the duty manager who arranged for our bags to be taken up. The view was as good as our last stay here. The room a Grand Deluxe Harbour... More

I stayed here on two seperate occiasions in the last week or so while commuting in and out of Hong Kong on business. The hotel is a very good standard, very clean with very attentive staff. I pre-ordered a Limo service to pick me up from the airport, the service was very efficient, using E class Merc had me from... More
