I stayed here for 2 nights, and the rooms are tiny, but I know it before I booked. price for value, it is way up there... in the heart of Hong Kong central. Two complains: - getting to the hotel from Hong Kong Station with luggage is not fun... PLAN to carry your luggage up a steep hill before getting... More

Yep the photos show the truth...the toilet really is right next to the bed! However the room is clean and the location is right in Lan Kwai Fong which is a fabulous area for nightlife. Also check out Soho which is not too far away and close to central MTR station. A word to the wise..if you can't handle small... More

The location is very good. You can walk just 2 blooks to Lang Kai Fong, just 3 blooks to central station (train/metro). Is clean, wifii free excellent connection. But the room is really mini (not small, mini), is like a 2 meters x 3 meters all the room include the bathroom.

Great location beside the Lan Kwai Fong nightlife was the great plus for this hotel and certainly it is very good value for money. The rooms are small but this is OK if you are only staying for a few days. Fixtures are getting dated and since aircon requires a sealed room damp from the shower appears to accelerate this... More

Traveling solo, 1st time in HK I had to go cheaply to save $$$, just in case..it is the PRC. For 1 person (im 5'9, 140 lbs) it was a small but ok for my stay of 6 days. If youre tall or "big boned", or more than 1, it WILL be a tight squeeze. Central HK and the location... More

Okay the rooms are small and the service at the front desk can be at times not that warm and fluffy. But why complain it is amazing central a super location walking distant to a lot of sights like the peak tram, star ferry terminal, museums, pedlar street, great shops and restaurants and all for under 100 usd a night.... With the room being 100sqft, you better get cozy with your travel partner because it's a tight squeeze. My headboard was pretty much the bathroom. I'm not a tall guy *5ft6in* and I felt claustrophobic in the room. The showers were tight. I'm just glad the lobby was roomy and well-appointed with seating. WiFi was great, within walking distance to... More

Before we arrived in Hong Kong, we scouted hotels that were centrally located without breaking the bank account. In the end we decided to stay at the Mini Hotel as it is located just 10 mins walk from Central station (B2 exit). The size of the rooms are small but still packs a lot for the limited space. Best for... More

The hotel is right beside Lan Kwai Fong und Mid Levels, but it's still pretty quiet. Can be noisy from the floors outside. Thin Walls. Very convenient stay, good size rooms for Hong Kong. Located 3Minutes walk from Central station.

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
