Had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Hyatt. Big room great bed, excellent shower. 2 mins walk from University mtr station. hotel provide free shuttle to kowloon which was great but only thing i didn't like about shuttle was you have to take ticket from concierge 30 mins before the departure so 30 mins after picking ticket was a waste.... This is everything you would expect of a Hyatt in Asia - large comfortable rooms, good number of power points, drench shower, quiet but effective air conditioning, extensive and tasty breakfast buffet with superb, individually made omelettes, and well located. BUT, oh, the WiFi!! It is fast and multi-device, and free, so sounds perfect. So why, why, why does it... More

October 2013 I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary upgrade to a suite, a great start to my weekend which had been organised for my "rest and recovery" before returning to the UK after travelling a few counties in Asia All the staff were very attentive and charming The Executive room for drinks and nibbles was the best i... Had a pleasant 1 night stay. Bobby Tse the Assistant manager was very helpful in providing directions and advise. Hotel is of a high standard, with nice facilities. Seemed quite busy with functions and weddings. Location is a bit out of the way for nighttime - had a couple of taxis in kowloon refuse to go there. MTR is university... More

This is our second time staying in hotel. We got upgraded to a suite with water view. Took many pictures of day and night views of the sea. Hotel is about an hour from airport by car. This hotel is great for travellers who love open space, and taking walks as there are long trails on both sides of the... More

Firstly, I must say that I am a big fan of Hyatt's The hotel is a two minute walk to the University station on the MTR which offers a quick get away to the major locations. This is needed as there is nothing around the hotel... The rooms are large, the restaurant offers a good choice of local and international... More

The Hyatt Hotel in Sha Tin is one of my favourite hotels in Hong Kong. From experience, having stayed there many times it is also the most friendly. Located in the New Territories it offers a much more peaceful setting than the hustle and bustle of the Island or Kowloon. It is actually located besides University MTR and one should... More

Newish hotel with large well planned rooms. Child friendly hotel although we did not try the kids club. Customer service was top class in the Regency Club and other staff we encountered throughout the hotel were also professional, courteous and helpful. Fantastic gym, large pool. A shuttle bus runs to Kowloon 4 times a day. We did take the MTR... More
