Stayed one night last month. After arrived at Hong Kong airport, I went to the hotel booth and found the Marriott one. They found my record and suggested me to go downstair and wait for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus came in about 30 minutes and Marriott guy came down to get us and escorted us to the shuttle.... It's our 5th stay in this hotel and like the four other stays it was perfect. No complains at all. Quick check-in, clean room, great gym, and so on. We choose this hotel always in case of an early flight on the next morning. They offer free shuttle to airport, Disneyland and to the next MTR.
