I tried to travel HongKong with low budget. So I found the hotel and booked a single room for three nights. I think though the room is small (big luggage can not be open entirely perhaps), it is clear and quiet. transportation is very convenient! And here is a window in the room it's important for me Here is a... More

I spent 8 nights in Sealand House in January. The room was very small but had a double bed, shower, toilet and basin. I felt safe and secure at Sealand House. The price is good for Hong Kong. Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the most crowded places on earth, therefore for the price the room is going to be... More

The rooms are tiny, with barely room to walk around the bed. BUT Hong Kong is generally expensive for accommodation and Sealand was one of the cheapest options, the location is fantastic for shopping, dining, bars and seeing the sights and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this guesthouse in the beginning of October for 4 nights. My room is extremely small with a double bed and a very small bathroom. Basically there is not much room to move around. I can't imagine how a couple move around in that room. However, it is clean with friendly service. What make it worthwhile is the location.... More

When looking for a budget place to stay in Kowloon Sealand House checked all the boxes. You can take Airport Bus A21 which has a stop around the corner from the hotel's entrance (There is also an MTR stop right outside the building). Our twin bed room was small with a small window looking out to the side street. Everything... More

We chose to stay at Sealand House due to the location and great price. The room had lots of windows that actually opened to gain fresh air. Although the room was tiny it was clean and functional and the bed was very comfortable- always a bonus after a hard day's sightseeing! The shower/toilet/handbasin area was compact but we had no... If you are touring Hong Kong and you're looking for a good place to stay then this one is a recommendation. The location is very good. Almost all services are accessible. Fastfood chains like McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Yoshinoya and other Chinese restaurants are just around the corner. Money changers, MTR station, Watson's and many others are only a few... More

Very good location next to Nathan Road. Small but clean rooms with a small bathroom and air-condition. In some rooms the wifi-signal is not really good.

Besides hotel got many shops like KFC, electronics shop, Chinese herbal tea shop, 7-11 and etc. It's a nice guesthouse for budget... More

We stayed here end of April 2012. We actually stayed a few nights at a 4-star hotel, but also stayed here for 2 nights to save some dough. The location was awesome, right beside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit, right beside KFC, McDonalds, with banks like HSBC, Citibank, Stan Chart and lots of good money changers nearby. It's right... More
