Hyatt knows how to pamper its customers. With a bottle of wine in our room, and a friendly staff set up one-day tour for us in Hong Kong. We started our stay in this hyatt knowing that it would be great. Not to mention that the berry cake in the lounge was fresh and melt in your mouth! It locates... More

The property is located close to Nathan Rd, MTR which is perfect if you elect to stay on the Kowloon side. It was raining when we were stayed therefore the MTR was handy for trips across to HK Island and for taking shelter from the rain when walking around Kowloon side. The rooms are well appointed with a good size... More

I love staying at the Hyatt! The Handy (free phone and Internet use) is a terrific tool. We can use it just like our own personal phones, make local and long distance calls to the US for free. It helped by having a live map that we could use-in case we get lost. The staff here is friendly, courteous, and... More

Its 5 star but has the air of being a convention centre. Being located within the skyscraper K11 it has great views of the city. The waterfront promenade is walking distance. There is a mall in the same building with touristy prices. Superb wi-fi in the room. Food in the hotel is expensive.

The hotel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, so on the mainland side of Hong Kong. The location is actually very good if you don't want/need to stay on the more international side on the island. The hotel is located from 9th to 24th floor of one f the landmark buildings (K11) , so you need to take two elevators... More

This new hotel is very nice. Just stayed over night after landing late and moving on to China the next morning. Decided to give the Hyatt a try. The rooms are comfortable, and the bed and shower are excellent. There were ample electrical outlets, a major issue I require with all my gadgets. The breakfast was very good, equal to... More

My husband and I stay here for 2 nights on the way back home after travelling around Vietnam. We wanted luxury and that what we got. We were on 22 nd floor with great views of the harbour. We paid for club class which was worth it. Free alcohol between 1730hrs & 1930 in the club lounge on the 23rd... More

Had gone there for a business meeting. From the reception at the check in and the facilities in the room and the friendly and caring nature of the staff, this hotel stands out. There are three great restaurants, the cafe that serves great buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner: the Chinese restaurant for a mouth watering Chinese cuisine and the Hugo. A novel... More

My journey began with pick up at the airport in their beautiful Mercedes. My room was large and comfortable and as an added treat, they had a phone in the room for me to make international calls at no charge. That is a perk that was greatly appreciated. The concierge was helpful in giving me directions and always sent me... More
