My Mum, Dad and I stayed in a family room. The room was spacious for the 3 of us but the furniture was old and run down. The sofa lounge didn't look very clean and the beds were hard as a rock (even by Hong Kong standards). Thank goodness we were all so very exhausted from our travels each day... More

Final night hotel for three week G Adventures China tour. Intrepid group also stayed here. Pros: - Good strong wifi in the room and he lobby (especially appreciated after three weeks behind the Great Firewall of mainland China) - Room size is good for HK. - Location is not prime but convenient enough. HK is pretty easy to get around... More

I stayed here for the last night of a tour. The reception was bright and clean. There was aircon which a nice welcome but was on very high so if you stayed in reception for too long you felt cold. I had a room on the 16th floor, room 1601. The lifts came very quickly and the rooms are just... More

Nice hotel, room is decent size, a bit smaller than another hotel I have stayed in before. I had a corner room which was nice as it had windows covering two of the walls which made it light. Close to the mtr station and ferry terminal which was handy. Didn't use it but it is apparently easy to get to... More

The beds are VERY hard and you could also sleep on thr floot... Curtains were dirty of blood. There was an air condition, but did not cool down a lot. At least the linens looked cleen. Free wifi. One of the worst hotels so far in Asia.

The West Hotel Outstanding for Hong Kong standards I have stayed in some really small rooms. This hotel room size alone makes it a good value. It has tv mini refrigerator large bed standard desk plus an electric adaptor for you laptop or cell phone and free in room wifi at a good speed, separate door for bathroom or shower... More

Not a bad place to stay if you happen to be in Hong Kong for a night or two. Hotel staff were reserved but not unfriendly. Rooms were clean and had good WI-FI. As for the city itself, it did not stop raining,. Probably a shoppers' paradise but somewhat at the high end. Not particularly my cup of tea but... More

The location of the hotel is not bad and 8minutes walking distance to MTR. This is the only thing i satisfied with this hotel. First thing that impressed me was the bed is so HARD!!(not recommend old people to sleep on such bed, it was really terrible!!!!)I can't sleep well at night. Second thing was when i was watching TV... More

Good location and wifi. Other than that, pathetic customer service. Lady in the reception stands like a doll ( doll with no smile). pathetic reception in the hotel. no smiles, nothing. thats typical in hong kong, they think that only they are human beings and others are not. Very hard bed. but one of those few hotels which accomodates 4... More

There are only two things i like in this hotel: location and the free wifi. We are so disappointed with the front desk officers, they are not accommodating at all. And they should have a hotel bell man to help their guest specially those who have plenty of luggages.
