This refurbished hotel on Hong Kong Kowloon is perfect for Rugby Sevens weekend. Lovely clean room with all facilities. Foyer, bar, and lounge refurbished since my last visit and is very nicely done. use the back door entrance to get to the nearest MTR, only 1 minute walk and you are there. great to access all other city areas.

I have booked it through makemytrip app and I saved about 20k INR. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. This is my 2nd visit to hk. And both the time I preferred cityview. And would love to visit again and again. As this review wants me to write at least 200 character minimum I am forced to... More

Been to Hk a few times and have stayed different hotels. This is definitely one with great location and service! Hotel is just near to Yau Ma Tee mtr station, and few mins walk away from the busy Nathan street, Ladies' night market and Mongkok! Hotel room is comfortable for 2 people with ample space for luggage and clean with... More

We stayed here twice in March as we passed through Hong Kong. Both times the room was very clean and comfortable. On the way back through staff were very kind and upgraded us to a suite, however the normal executive room was also quite comfortable. We were concerned about noise however we found the hotel to be very quiet. Breakfast... More

The non-renovated rooms are very rundown and dirty feeling. The bed is hard and the water in the tap just sprinkles out. The room is lacking common toiletries and other conveniences. I arrived late at night and when I called down to ask for several items to be delivered (hair dryer, iron, etc.), it took over 40 minutes to finally... More

My husband and I stayed there 6 nights, I booked the rooms via their official website and got free buffet breakfast everyday. I really appreciate the communication during the booking, they care about the customer needs and requirements, they upgraded us to the executive room which was available. All staffs there are very friendly and helpful, esp. the cafe/restaurant manager,... More

A very average hotel [by Hong Kong hotel standards]. It caters to a short term travellers transiting through HK for a night or two. Definitely NOT one for busy business people who expect a little bit of class and comfort. The hotel's only redeeming feature is its location, just off Nathan Road in Kowloon.

We stayed here for three nights specifically to be close to the Ladies Market. The hotel is also right next to an MRT station so access to the whole of Hong Kong was easy. If you're using the Airport Express train, one of their (cost included) shuttle buses (K5) has the Cityview as one of its stops. Arriving, it's the... More

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
