Clean rooms, good breakfast, integrated into the HK Conference Centre and hence a perfect choice, if you are having an event there. Very good 24 hour gym. Rooms are small (no carpet) and functional, but of good quality. Free wifi for Marriott Rewards members.

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are small, but they are so well organized and equipped that you don't notice it. Their Chinese restaurant is very expensive and a bit of a let down. They have ample gardens that complement the hotel and a bridge that lets you access the HK Convention Center directly.

As a Marriott card holder I was contacted prior to my visit by the customer relations manager who up graded my room, allowed early access to the room and made me feel that my stay would be good. It was with much help from all staff but particularly the ones in charge

I have visited a lot of hotels especially really busy ones. This hotel is busy because of its attachment and area of location to the convention center. The views are great if you get a harbor view room, but the hassle of check in and the stay has been crazy. Everyone has bene great, but no sign of management helping... More

The service was very poor - my office had arranged remote payment for my room weeks before my arrival to Hong Kong, so I was shocked to be told that my room has not been paid upon arrival. The hotel let me in the room but then the following day demanded that the full amount is paid or i would... More

When you walk into this hotel you notice the spaciousness. Seats and a couch are lined up against a glass panel facing the reception desk. Front desk staff were so helpful. You didn't have to wait long. Very personable and very friendly. Ken and Amy were fantastic! So helpful! The rooms are amazing! Beautifully done, great views, very clean. Overall... More

We stayed here for three fantastic nights at the end of a three week family holiday in Asia. Quite simply it was faultless and a truly amazing experience from start to finish. A highly professional warm welcome from the very attentive reception staff. Our 2 and 4-year old children were given matching branded backpacks full of goodies which was such... More

The hotel locates on a good location. You can easily walk to MTR, stadium, or party/dining at Wanchai. The room is really small but it's okay for a few day stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Besides hotels cafe and restaurants, you can easily walk for breakfast or grab few snacks at 7-11. We also walked to star ferry... More

I've been staying here for a number of years. Sadly it counts for little as this year my first room was next to a very noisy lift shaft and the second room I was allocated was very small. That aside the room was immaculately presented and the beds as always are very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
