The Harbor Hotel is not really on the harbor but it's kinda close, I guess. The room I'm in is tiny tiny not enough room for 2 suitcases. But I could keep one downstairs at the desk if I asked. Very helpful staff and the location is great, 5 minute walk to Ladies Market. Room was too hot so I... More

the employee in the lobby doesnt like his job. you can tell on the way he talked. expensive and small (but thats normal in hongkong) not normal. the bathroom floor was sticky, the sink dirty and in the shower was still all hair of the guests before left. the bed is 1:80 m long. that means the normal westerner is... I'm a frequent traveller and this is the worst hotel I ever stayed. This hotel is equivalent to a motel standard. I have booked and prepaid 5 nights in this hotel but after staying for a night, I have decided to forego the next 4 nights of money that I have paid and change to another hotel in mongkok. firstly,... This place is so incredibly terrible that I've taken to writing this review while I'm still here - my wife and I checked in quite late, otherwise we would have forfeited the money and went elsewhere. So, where do we start? My wife and I are fully dressed and laying on our separate cots - apparently this is normal. The... More

This place is located on the busy strip of Canton Road. Luckily I took a night flight, my plane arrived after 11 pm, otherwise, I don't know how I would made it to this hotel with my luggage. The room was full of cigarette smell although it was No smoking. I demanded to change rooms. The only staff on duty,... More

Harbour Hotel is in a semi-industrial street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is close to Nathan Road and to Mong Kok markets, good for shopping. Once inside the hotel lobby, check-in was quick, just be aware you need to pay HK$200 deposit, get it back when you check out. I was staying by myself in room 301, small single room... More

Standard/Double room is small, but enough for a couple for a short trip. Location is near shopping area - Ladies Market, Fa Yuen Market, Langham Place, etc. Staff able to speak simple English, but if you could speak simple Cantonese, will get more help. Free street directories, maps, shopping mags and even minicards(http://www.minicardshk.com/hk/) are available at reception. Decent waiting lobby... More

At first i thought this was very good hotel, but then i notice my room is very much like an ordinary room in a russian prison. Service was as good as one would except in such place, except the cleaning which was in fact pretty decent. Worst place in this hotel is the restaurant on the top floor, which doesn't... More

Mong Kok
It’s one of the highest density districts in the world, so come to Mong Kok prepared for action. Home to every market, restaurant and shopping arcade imaginable, Mong Kok is the one-stop shop to satisfy all your shopping needs. Dust off your finest negotiation skills and dive into the bartering frenzy. Similar retailers will conveniently congregate in the same area forming easy to remember references such as “flower street” and “sneakers street.” Here you will also find various local delicacies being served at street snack shops or hole-in-the-wall restaurants.
