To spare everyone from the agony I went through, I would just say the sevice was horrible from bellstaff to especailly front desk staff. Really nice hotel - we stayed for eight straight nights so we got to know our room pretty well! ROOM: Quite large and modern, nicely detailed and appointed. Clean and bright. This hotel has absolutely the best location at Chongqing, next to the main square and shopping areas. The rooms are large but lighting is a bit dark and decor appears slightly dated.
