I stayed here for 3 months booked by my company. For the money they are paying for me to stay here I would expect almost everything to be above average. The photos on the website make the rooms look immaculate but in reality there were cracked floor tiles, bleach stained sofa and battered furniture. Holes in the towels and sub... More

The office booked this for us instead of the J.W. Marriott purely because it was closer to the central business district (across the street from our Beijing office), has free breakfast and free wifi (hotels charge outrageously for wifi). Pros: Huge rooms, fully furnished kitchenette was really useful, Good location (7/11, Starbucks, Cafes and Restaurants all right next to the... More

Recommended to Fraser Residence CBD East Beijing in 2010 and since extended our stay until now. clean environment, minutes from city center, international supermarket and great security especially for family. Beijing city apartment rental is not cheap but this hotel apartment has all the basic and good management to value add into our stay experience. check it out. Godwin

I have been living in one of the serviced apartments at Fraser Residence CBD East for the past few months, and it has become like home to me. The apartments are well designed, incredibly spacious and well equipped. The bed is extremely good, and I am very fussy about beds! The staff are terrific, nothing is ever too much trouble... More

My colleague and I regretted staying for only 1 night at this wonderfully large and spacious service apartment hotel in the eastern side of Beijing. One can easily hold a party for 20 or more. The rates were reasonable given the size and quality of the property. Overall, the staffs were friendly and attentive. I like the lobby most as... More

I stayed at this hotel for eight nights in total, We had a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms. The Kitchen was fully equipped including a washing machine and dryer. The only thing it lacked was a tea towel / wash cloth. Room was made up spotlessly every day. Staff at front desk spoke English... More
