My Chinese colleague and I stayed at the Best Western Olympic, in separate rooms, for four days in June 2014, while attending a convention at the Beijing National Convention Center. Both of us came away with the some opinion. The hotel is OK but let’s find another hotel when we return to Beijing. In the lobby plaque states that it... More

I only booked this hotel because I THOUGHT this is walking distance to the Olympic Stadium. But I was wrong. I had to literally took cab everywhere! :( In anyway the hotel was good, clean room but small. Acceptable for me but probably not acceptable for others. It's China anyway, hard to expect spotless hotels. And they are very very... More

As far as the property goes, I agree with reviews that give this hotel 3 1/2 stars. What set it apart was the over the top customer service. I'm not new to foreign travel and knew that there would be a language barrier with the cab driver at the airport. I used Google to translate the hotel address to give... More

As others have said, the carpets are dirty but there are slippers you can use. One of the chairs in my room was soiled but other than these two items everything else was pretty good. The level of english among the staff is minimal to good, and they general seek help if their english is not good enough. For reasonably... More

I stayed a week at the hotel Best Western Olympic Stadium Hotel. While the hotel have a nice lobby and gets many things right, there are shortcomings. In order of importance: + The hotel appears unable to provide a smoke-free environment. I had to change rooms twice before I finally received one which did not stink of smoke. This room... More

When checking into a Chinese hotel, It is not unusual to get assigned to a powder covered former smoking room, and told that it is a non smoking room. After two rooms with smells of tobacco that cannot possibly mitigated by some spray, you have to keep going down to the reception and DEMAND a non smoking room. Finally, after... More

The bed was so comfy, went and had a great time best dinner too, and breakfeast was a little weird just because of what they served but adapted pretty quickly! Over all great hotel, very well kept up, could use more english channels! But great stay!

hotel located at walking distance from the Olimpic Stadium. The hotel is good, but distant from any touristic area. Suggested for business trips. When booking it don't forget to ask for a room with window! (there are some without). Very good and rich breakfast, good restaurant on the road in the same building. Kind and available personnel. The rooms are... More

I stayed at the OL for one week as part of a parent group accompanying a school group in a different hotel. My fellow mum and I found our experience to be very positive. We were put on a bus every day with a tour so the location was fine as we saw all the standard attractions. The room was... More
