We had three rooms here for 4 nights on floors 20 and 23. Room rate was $395/night which included access to the executive lounge along with a phenomenal breakfast buffet down on the main floor as well as all taxes, etc. The rooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated. Automatic curtains and shades for both the window and the an... More

Walking inside this hotel, you know you are important. The hotel is not only for the business traveler, but great for someone who wants to vacation in Beijing and stay close to the subway, shop and do some fine dining without hurdling the traffic. The gym is excellent and the pool matches the excellence. The staff are ready to help... More

One of the better Marriott properties, undoubtedly. Great staff, imagine you leave your tuxedos and they courier that to you all the way to Bangalore, India. That's customer service, thank you! Don't miss the breakfast buffet, great hospitality and a very decent bar to unwind with a beer.

Excellent Property, located right in the middle of Chao Yang district, closer to the subway and major malls. Diverse restaurants, Helpful staff, spacious rooms, a complete package of business yet luxury stay.

Waited for 20 mins to check-in, staff was slooooooow. Room was clean and spacious however the room service food was terrible. Management for F&B ought to do something. Overpriced and really terrible. Oily, tasteless. Any food on the streets will beat them. Disappointing. Selection for breakfast seemed a lot but the quality was really below average. Only redeeming factor was... More

China was awesome but I had a hard time communicating with the people there especially when I’m out shopping and bargaining. My partner decided for us to stay at the JW Marriott Hotel and I was surprised that during my stay there their staff can speak fluent English. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well managed. I’m really particular with... More

Was in Beijing on business and found the Marriott very comfortable, nice room, pleasant bar and good food in the restaurants. Breakfast also provided all those western needs. In addition I experienced very good service from friendly, helpful staff. Hard to find fault here.

This hotel was beautiful -- Loved my room. Spacious with great furnishings and a beautiful bathroom. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the desk / check-in staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is also very good (dumplings, steamed buns, donuts, croissants, noodle soups, warm soy milk, fresh squeezed juices - all freshly made). Breakfast is quite expensive,... More

Great hotel. Top class service. JW Marriott at it's best. Not the most amazing fitness centre but the staff are attentive, eager to please, and go the extra mile. The breakfast is very very good. The sunday buffet was exceptional.
