This is a great hotel and excellent location. Walking distance to Tianamen square and other historic sites in Beijing. Great lounge and very good breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor. Rooms are very clean and staff are very attentive. Special thanks to all the staff at the lounge as they really take care of the guest and get to know... More

The JW Marriott hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Beijing. The service is outstanding, location is good with key shopping malls around. The hotel has NOBU restaurant in the basement, which is quite good, but I feel a bit overpriced. Just opposite is Ritz Carlton, which also has a great Italian restaurant, and I like that I could... I stayed here on points. I was upgraded to a corner suites which was great. As a Marriott Platinum you have the choice for breakfast in the lounge or the restaurant. Definitely choose the restaurant although the lounge is pretty good as well! The staff is extremely hospitable and the location is pretty close to Sanlitun

We went there for Chinese new year hoping to have a good view at the fireworks from the executive lounge. At arrival we discovered that the lounge that we specific paid for was closed. As well most of the restaurants of the hotel and the spa. We didn't get any notification of that beforehand during reservation on the site of... More

The Marriott is very well located for business and shopping. The rooms are excellent as is the executive lounge as well as the restaurant in the lobby. This Marriott has a great fitness center, spa (a little pricey, but very service oriented and luxurious compared to the more local places) and many restaurants to choose from.

Quality of the rooms top notch. Top restaurants in the same facility , bar with welcoming ladies for a night rum, price not cheap but right based on services provided. And you are close to two of the best malls in Beijing both in terms of top brands but also for a underground food center if you need anything to... More

The JW Marriott Beijing would always be the first choice whenever I need to stay in Beijing. As a Platinum member I have to say that the service here really made me feel that I'm a well-cherished customer. The JW Beijing is an incredible hotel. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Executive Lounge is welcoming and the breakfast buffet (and cook to order eggs, although I didn't have eggs) is a great way to start the day. Good internet performance (save the China block on google etc.) that automatically reconnects on the iPhone when you come back. One... More

Stayed the hotel for business. NOBU is good for taking Chinese friends for Japanese experience (though their cuisines are not real Japanese). Most of staffs are nice but except a lady standing at reception, who lost smiling. Room has been worn out but still ok , however, room is not well cleaned. A lot of long hair of house keeper... The best place to stay while in Beijing. Excellent rooms. Big in size, neat and clean. Bathrooms are spacious. Variety of food to choose from. They do keep rotating teh cuisines considering global guest pattern. Internets are too slow but I think that's common across China. Overall, a nice place to stay. Go for it if budget allows.
