We had an excellent stay. The location is unbeatable but most of all the staff was so pleasant and attentive. I would also take advantage of the front desk and book your trip to the great wall with them. You get your own van, guide and tour. More

I spent 5 nice nights in the Hotel Kapok the last week of December. The hotel is clean and very nice. Breakfast is also complete. Near to the major attractions of the city and 10 minutes walking to the nearest subway station. More

We arrived after midnight due to a canceled flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, we walked to night market and Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. We had a good laugh about the garden room. Not worth the extra money! Great but pricy breakfast. "Flag" your own cab, much cheaper than the doorman! More
