Stayed here for 4N as part of a tour group package. Rooms- We stayed in the executive room with a king size bed. Room was huge and a balcony space with seatings. Bathroom comed with tub and had provided the basic toiletries. The best thing in room is the weighing machine which helps us to weigh our baggage for our... More

Sad to say, the service at this hotel is atrocious. Simple things that we requested for -- scissors, spoons for room service delivery -- were curtly replied with a 'no' from the front desk service staff. The staff also insisted that there was no complimentary mineral water bottles for us as we were booked under an online travel deal, and... More

The hotel is a little old. The bathroom leak water all over the floor. The bedroom is good equal to a holiday inn. AC is excellent, quite. There is a language barrier for english speaking people. No wireless internet, only hardwire. There is a safe, which is great.

Prior to arriving to this hotel we arrived into beijing quite late due to engine problems on the plane which cant be helped. When we... More
