I stayed here at the start G Adventures tour and it's in a great location, right next to the metro. It is easy to catch the train from the airport. It was clean, comfortable, had free wifi and supplied bottled water. Ask for a non smoking floor. Not much English spoken but check in went smoothly.

After travelling in South East Asia for a couple of months, this hotel was of a much higher standard of quality than I was expecting. The reception had a portion for foreigners where an English speaking woman was mostly available. Pleasant stay.

This was the last hotel I stayed in as part of a group tour of China and it compared favourably with the rest on the tour. The wifi worked in the room and the plumbing was not as bad as other hotels in China. It is central enough and close to bus and metro transport. If you're considering this hotel on... More

The location of this hotel is very central, easy to find and close to the metro and train stations. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. However, the staff did not speak very good English, were quite unfriendly and not helpful (they wouldn't book me a taxi to the hospital because apparently they "don't book taxis"). Breakfast was very... More

First stop on a recent G Adventures tour and it's in a great location, right next to the metro and close to loads of shops. A taxi from the airport will cost in the region of 100 yuan and will take around 40 minutes to drive. The beds were ok and the shower was decent, but I found the room... More

Rooms were okay and functional although very tired and need updating. Breakfast wasn't great and the quality of the food wasn't helped by hairs in some of the offerings, set in an awfully dark, dirty and gaudy restaurant. Staff were fairly miserable. Stayed with our two young kids and couldn't get adjoining rooms so had to have two separate ones.... More

This is a huge hotel with fourteen floors. Our room was clean and comfortable and looked like it had been recently refurbished with nice modern decor. There was an in room safe, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and water in the rooms. Wifi was available throughout the hotel and generally good signal. Breakfast is not included but you can eat in the... More

This hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district with several shopping centres nearby. There are also fast food places including KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks and Costa Coffee within a few minutes wawalk. The hotel is right next to Chongwenmen metro station so it is convenient for sightseeing. The staff are not always nice and speak little English. The rooms... More

The hotel is very well located right next to an underground train station, close to lots of shops and eateries and within walking distance of attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with basic facilities. Breakfast is a substantial, mostly oriental buffet. A major drawback is the lack of English speaking staff, even on Reception. Free wifi was available in... More

Stayed here as part of a tour. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. Was woken up pre 5am by noise from the building site next door. There is no wifi in the rooms. The so called 'bar' is more like a waiting room and they won't like you sit in the restaurant unless you are eating. The bedroom was... More
