Out of the Total 286 "not so sure" rooms they have, only 40% would be fully functional while Others are having these Problems: No Internet Connection. Bad Smell from toilet. TV is not working, thus you cannot have access to the internet. and by the way, the only 'other than CCTV channel which plays american movies would be the HBO.... More

Stayed here a part of 2 week package tour of China. Room was OK but a bit tired, bed comfortable, Air Con sort of worked some of the time. Breakfast was most certainly not international, choice very limited if you want western style. Having read other comments on here re check out i was prepared for 'we have to check... More

Worst experience ever checking out. First they accused us of stealing a (very poor quality) bath mat when we hadn't even been supplied with one. Then they wanted us to pay for a new facecloth as they said they were unable to wash the one we had left in our room (it had makeup on it). Absolutely dreadful and very... More

Caution! This hotel have a check out policy that you are required to wait until they review the room in case something is missing. I can find this understanding BUT in this hotel they take this rutine a step forward. They will bring a list of "defects", many of them with the idea to embarrased you. They will charge you... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour package. Here's a synopsis: Plus: Rooms comfortable Negative: Air conditioning settings don't work. Apparently the controls in your room are for show only. Plus: AU 240V powerpoints available. Negative: Breakfast is a tad ordinary and others in my group have seen a distinct lack of hygiene from the wait staff. Mostly... More

The upper floors (15, and 17) were very hot. 28 degrees C was as low as we could get it over night with the door and window open. We had friends in lower levels (5, and 6) that were a little cooler. Not much to walk to in the area, but the convenience store next door sells beer for only... More

We stayed here with a group. The room and washroom were clean. We would recommend this hotel. The only issue was the A/C did not work. There were others in our group that said the same thing so maybe the system had been shut off.

The rooms have great beds, our bathroom had separate shower and tub as well. Location not too central, but a five minute walk from the nearest subway so it's pretty easy to get around. Besides, taxis are pretty cheap if you're coming from the USA or EU.

The service desk was very helpful and efficient even when we had to change hotels. We were fully refunded and checked out in minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good view. The surrounding neighborhood was a great place to walk and very close to a metro stop!
