The Club deluxe room was comfortable, though the cleanliness of the bathtub need improvement. The spa and fitness centre was enjoyable and staff were pleasant and helpful. The environment of the Club lounge was relaxing and usually quiet, possibly because there were not many children using the same. The staff at the club lounge was polite and helpful. I would... More

This hotel is well established east of the city center close to the 4th ring road (highway system) and adjacent to a large high-end shopping center. Although the decor is aged, the hotel remains charming. Getting around town is relatively easy if you don't mind taking an indirect route by first circling around the outer ring roads and then cutting... More

I travel to Beijing very frequently for business for many years and ever since I stayed in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Beijing, it became my first choice of hotel. It was like home to me. All my stays with them were very pleasant and enjoyable. All the staff from Reception, Concierge, House Keeping, Phone Operator, Customer Relation Officers and most of... More

Stayed 5 nights for a business trip. Conveniently located near the business district and the Forbidden City, Ritz-Charlton Beijing is nice as a base for both business travellers and tourists. Got upgraded to a suite when the hotel found out that there might be a water leakage in the room above mine, which was pretty sweet. Rooms: Nice and cosy,... More

With a long Easter holiday in Hong Kong, we visited Beijing and stayed in Ritz Carlton at No.83A Jianguo Road for 5 nights. On our arrival, we greeted by the very beautiful flowers in the lobby, and then warm welcome by the front desk staff. This was our second time staying with Ritz Carlton. The first time in Singapore. Both... More

Convenient location, excellent rooms. Rooms are big enough with comfortable mattresses. Overall wonderful experience. Excellent conference rooms. Good spread for breakfast. Special Indian vegetarian dishes prepared by Indian chef Mr. Mandar.

Good Hotel but not cozy enough. Room are big and modern but mattresses weren't comfortable enough Espessially for Ritz. Breakfast was average for 5 star hotel. Well English speaking personal. Hotel stay overall was Ok but again - nothing special.

This was my 3rd visit to the hotel. This is a hotel that is warm: both service and ambience and provides a great respite from the fairly unpredictable weather elements that Beijing is known for. The restaurants and conference facilities are of a high standard and the executive lounge on 16th whilst busy during peak hours, is still very relaxing.... More
