I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my daughter and I would said the hotel is trying all her best to serve the guests with excellent service. Nevertheless, there were always minor incidents which make our stay not to perfection We found a package deal from local big airline company and stayed in this hotel at a very... More

My first hint of concern is when I told the taxi driver to take me to the a Ritz a Carlton (in Mandarin so there was no language issue) and he had no idea where the hotel was or even heard of it. After a call to the hotel and some specific landmarks we made our way there. Bell hops... More

Spent four nights with my husband. Loved it! Pampered us. They were wonderful & are truly hospitable. I would highly recommend it. However ensure a decent view when checking in. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Overall extremely professional staff. It was the highlight during our stay in China.

We stayed here for three nights. Had wonderul dinners with Exec Chef happy to make things to order. As any top class hotel should do. My eggs benedict were as perfect as you can get. The Peking duck had me back too several times! Rooms very comfortable.

Stayed there for one night for a business trip in Nov last year. Standard 4 or 5 star rooms, classic (vs modern) decoration looking a bit old. I would prefer the Ritz Carlton on financial street which has bigger and modern style rooms, though it depends on where you're visiting (if for business)

Stayed club level with family. Had very nice room and the club level was awesome. Son really enjoyed the club and getting many choices for food. Met Bob McAdoo while he was traveling with USA youth basketball team. Staff super helpful. Very good location, right next to high-end mall.

I stayed one night here and was just bowled over by the fabulous service and amenities. As one would expect, the hotel lobby, restaurants and common areas were immaculate and beautifully designed. As were the rooms. What made the difference was the service! Im not a Marriott/Ritz VIP though I do have some status but i found flowers and fruit... More

We stayed here a couple of days at the end of our stay in Beijing. After dealing with the smoggy air, climbing the thousands of stairs at the Great Wall, and the hundreds of places for sightseeing, this place is just devine and much needed. The service is what you expect from the Ritz Carlton group. From the bell boys,... More

Our stay In Beijing' s Ritz is wonderful. Incredibly spacious rooms, a bathroom that is amazing, and a fabulous breakfast buffet is beyond compare. It just doesn't get any better! I would suggest a visit in Spring or Fall. Temperature is near 100 degrees today.

We stayed 5 nights at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing recently and although we were looking forward to home after a reasonable period away, we were definitely sad to leave when time came. The hotel is well located centrally in Beijing's business district in the 4th ring road but the staff is what makes the difference. We arranged for pick up upon... More
