I stayed in this hotel during the conference in Beijing. The room I stayed has quite a lot of space, but the light was dim, and the working desk was removed. It makes me hard to work at night, not mentioning the spot light from the nest keeps shooting to my eyes. I did not even try their breakfast because... More

A slightly tired hotel, but location and friendly staff make up for the rooms. In saying this, the rooms were relatively clean and well serviced, have a basic layout and the "uncomplimentaries" are quite amusing. The beds are very firm, but surprisingly a great night sleep was had each night. Great to have two bottles of water available each day... More

The hotel is very close to the Olympic Stadium and a short walk from the restaurants in the underground shopping centre as well as from the Metro (although you take you life in your hands crossing the 8 lane roads!). I was able to jog up from here to and around the Olympic Forest park which is about 30 mins... More

Average-poor hotel in the heart of Beijing. 10 minute walk to wanfujling street, 20 mins walk to metro station/hutongs/tianamen square. Wifi is slow and only in reception, beds are uncomfortable and rooms basic for a hotel. If you can get it for a good price, worth it for the location I'd you want something cheap and basic.

This is the Jade Hotel at No. 5 North Zhide AlleyBeiheyan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Apparently there are at least two Jade Hotel properties. The hotel is a modest four story property with a restaurant and bar. The staff were [mostly] friendly and helpful and will assist in making reservations for tours and tickets for events like the Beijing Opera.... More

It is the NATIONAL Jade Hotel and not the INTERNATIONAL Jade Hotel. You will learn this at the latest once you will try to check in your room... The service personel in this hotel speaks very limited english and misunderstandings are programmed. The rooms are not very inviting and would need a renovataion soon. For example in some rooms only... More

Stayed for 10 days and were treated absolutely wonderfully. Limited english with the staff but one employee who spoke perfect english was designated as the "liason" for english-speaking guests, while we were there at least. He's no longer there but maybe someone has replaced him. Food at their restaurant was exquisite: like a first class hotel, and menu had full-color... More
