We stayed for 5 days in August on 15th non-smoking floor, which had a tobacco smell. We got a very good 3 person roomrate on-line of RMB750 per night. When we arrived we were advised that the cost of a roll-away bed for my 4 year old was RMB 350 per night. As it was 4:30am at the time we... More

The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Room was clean though the bathroom looked aged and as cleaning was done properly. Breakfast is ok though the western food availability limited. Wifi impossibly slow, had to connect the laptop to the cable to retrieve emails. Good located for business. Not all personnel could speak English. The tour offered in... More

Stayed at this hotel with a large group of people. Loved its location, close to shopping streets, malls, metro line. Easy check in and check out. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Had trouble with my room (water leakage from the roof) and was upgraded, not without a bit of a fight. Some rooms smell a lot to cigarette. I... More

Good location, nice large rooms. Great fitness centre, one of the best swimming pools I have seen in China. Selection at breakfast not fully up to western standards. Tried to order breakfast when I checked in and told to sign at the restaurant. Not happy to see that they wanted 158 RMB instead of the 100 RMB I would have... More

A very smart and well run hotel. I have stayed here on two occasions now and have been very satisfied on both. The rooms are a good size and even offer a selection of different pillows to suit the customer. Bathrooms are also large with excellent, powerful showers. The staff were polite and helpful at all times. Aside from the... More

Really nice spacious room with twin double beds and lovely bathroom. Public areas are stylish with a good hotel bar. Reception were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was a good range of Asian and western dishes. Tourist sites and bar street were easily reached in very cheap taxis. All in all a very good stay.

The Kuntai Royal is in the heart of the Beijing Business District and is also very close to the picturesque 12km Road that's considered to be the centre of the city. Non-smoking rooms are available and they're clean and spacious, with a great shower (huge shower head) and a roomy, comfy bed. They're also very warm, which is great in... More

I've been staying at the Kuntai Royal Hotel for nearly 20 years now and it's been smartly updated and refurbished to lure the smart business traveler. For just about $100 per night you can get an upgraded room which is beyond spacious and modernly designed. This lodging fee also includes a delicious breakfast in a modern restaurant on the 2nd... I stayed three nights in this huge hotel, with good, spacious rooms a comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. I had to change rooms, as first one wasn't non-smoking, but this wasn't a problem. Breakfast buffet was large & varied, with lots if Chinese & Western options. Pool requires a swimming cap, so I never used and sauna was over... More
