This hotel is not an easy place to find , it's at the back , from the main road , the pros is it's near Wanda plaze and shopping places, it's easy to find eatery and places to shop, near subway too. The cons , it's a run down place. It's showers had mildew and hot water was absent in... More

Stayed at the Chateau De Luze for one night because it is close to our meeting place, the minute stepped into this place, I knew it would be a risky decision to trust the travel agent's recommendation. The taxi driver from airport really had trouble to find this place because the gate actually was facing a back street. The lobby... More

The suite design is great...2 floors fancy suite, spacious living room downstairs and upstairs glassed bed room and bathroom, as well as the very tall ceiling...that's how my friend attracted me to stay there in the first place. And all this costed only 750. However, at a closer look, those nice facility were not well taken care of at all!... More

Just stayed there for 3 days in early Nov. (1) Got upgraded to a 2-storey junior suite. (2) It's 10-min walking to everything from shopping to restaurant to subway. (3) Room is big, over 50 sq m, and very clean. (4) Negatives: minimal service and no restaurant. Yet, it's close to everything, which mitigates the negatives. (5) Best of all,... More

I agree with the previous reviewer, great hotel! The duplex was great and very very comfortable. You can have a party in it! More than comfortable for the 3 we had, could probably fit another adult comfortably. However, not recommended for the elderly to go up and down the stairs. The other 'normal' rooms were also very comfortable. Bathrooms had... More

I stayed in this hotel while on a package tour so the agent handled all the booking. As there were 3 of us, the agent helped us to request for the duplex room. (All parties of 3 were 'upgraded' to a duplex room.) The duplex room is fantastic! As mentioned previously, it was 2 level, with a single bed on... More

If you are a “water-phobic” or you don’t like to wash yourself, this hotel is for you. I know it could be an unfortunately series of events, but I spent 6 nights in this hotel and only in 2 I took a normal warm shower. When we arrive we were warned that, that evening the hot water would be absent... More

Spent 4 nights in HQ Ritz on business trip. Very good value for money as we paid just 750 rmb per night inc breakfast and got upgraded to a "2 level room". This was something of a mixed blessing, as there really didn't seem to be much point in having a duplex with 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs, one upstairs... More

We recently stayed at the H Q Ritz Hotel for 4 nights and were very impressed with the hotel itself and the excellent breakfast that was included in the price. We had booked the hotel over the Internet and could not find any reviews but the price was reasonable and we felt that any 4 star hotel should be okay.... More
