This is an older hotel in a good area of Beijing. Fairly easy connection to the Tiannamen Square metro by bus. Short walk to Wangfujing shopping area with food vendors and nice night market. About 30 min walk to Ancient City and Tiannamen Square so possible but a bit too far for daily walk. Excellent steam pot restaurant just around... More

This hotel has its location to thank for my 4/5 rating. Walking distance to almost everything, took about 10 minutes to get to the Night Market. It can be a bit hard to find since its located in an alley. The rooms are rather spacious and the air conditioner worked just fine (very important if you're in Beijing in July).... More

The Jade was a good cheap place to stay. The location was decent. The girl at the info desk was extremely helpful (and spoke verge blush very well) by telling us the bus routes and getting to the metro. She also booked our trip to The Great Wall. Rooms could be a bit nicer style wise, but the basics were... More

The hotel is nice, not the best but ok for a budget travelling. European devices can work without adapter, staff speaks a bit English, the rooms are clean, a bit cold though. Location is 20 min walk till subway and 5min walk till the Emperor Palace. The road goes through dark district of old Beijing (small houses, narrow streets) so... More

Very strategic location right in the heart of beijing city. Walking distance to Forbidden city, Tian Mien Square and Wong Fu Jing Night market. Halal restaurant is available at Wong Fujing area. The hotel staff can speak decent english which is good enough. Breakfast is not provided by the hotel. Its not easy to find this hotel as it is... More

This place is a backpackers delight. Comfortable group rooms, as well as private rooms for low cost. Has a restaurant and internet connectivity. There will generally be someone, a guest most likely, who can speak English, and get you the directions or information you need from the staff. Otherwise, the staff is well versed in dealing with non-Chinese speaking people,... More

This is a very very nice hotel. It is more a hotel than a hostel. Its location is perfect and central. The staff is really nice there and most of them speaks very good english. Their trips is worth taking. We enjoyed our stay there, and we stayed there even longer than we order in the first time. Definently worth... More

We were looking for a cheap hotel as we would be out all day and this place came with mixed reviews but all I can say was that I was really impressed! It is located within easy walking distance of the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. We had a double room and it was huge with an extra entrance room... More

This hostel is over priced, extremely small rooms. No windows, just a wall with a light and dirty. The food isn't good, mostly western food and staff are ok.. Not exactly the most welcoming. But I have to say the location is great. Near everything but is hard to find. They don't have a Self catering service so you either... More

I stayed for 1 week at the Saga Youth Hostel and will keep fond memories of my stay there. The rooms are really really good. I stayed in a 4 bed mix dorm, the room was like a small apartment. They got real beds, not these bunks you normally see in hostels. The bathroom was big and clean. Staff is... More
