This hotel has an excellent location . The majority of the staff however struggle with English. They try to be very helpful but the language barrier is definitely a problem. We had an English speaking guide in order to get around , which I highly recommend.

We stayed at the Sunworld Dynasty for an over night stay in Beijing off a cruise ship docked in Tianjin . The hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to the wangfujing shopping district. Breakfast was included and was what you would expect from hotel buffet - continental, Western and Asian tastes all catered for. If we are ever... More

What a great location! Walking distance to alot of great amenities as well as attractions! The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were warm and inviting. Breakfast was included with our stay, and there was A LOT to choose from! I would definitely stay here again if I ever found myself in Beijing :)

Great location! Close to the subway and walking distance to Forbidden City. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. We were on the 10th floor, which is the executive level, and you get to enjoy a happy hour in the afternoon with drinks and snacks. Nice bonus! Great breakfast also included in the morning.

This beautiful hotel hosted us for an extra half day because of illness and the staff could not have been more helpful. A large, clean room with a comfortable bed. The whole property exceeded expectations and we would stay here again.

1. Noisy If, you take your room from next to Catholic church you will hear the bells. If you take your room near atrium you will have restaurant noise. If you have your room next to the road you will hear cars and construction. Anyhow, it might easily happen that they ignore your needs. 2. No English service If you... More

I think the main full with this hotel is the inability to speak English well. There was some confusion on a reservation from Expedia, when my colleague arrived to the hotel he clearly had the emailed receipt showing he had a room there however the hotel did not see it refuse to give him a room. It was fortunate that... More

We have stayed there for 3 nights with family. The room was very small and was not suitable at all for 2 adults and a 5 years old child. There is not even enough space for 2 suitcases. The front desk staff were impolite and you do not really feel staying in a 5 star Hotel. The breakfast is below... More

I have stayed here more than ten times now because it is top class and not expensive. The location could not be better, the buffet breakfast is as good as it gets with chef-cooked eggs and omelettes on demand, the architecture is magnificent, the towels are sumptuous, each of the many light switches are labelled in English as is the... Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and hosted a conference. Everything was very well arranged and nothing was left to chance. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Wifi strong and constant. I very much enjoyed the indoor plaza with it's bar and restaurant. Staff is very nice and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
